'The staff at the front desk when I checked in on 11-23-25 were excellent. They were professional and always had a smile on their faces. I've been to a lot of hotels around the country and to be honest the two young ladies at the front desk made it a more enjoyable stay with their enjoyment to answer questions. 'It's a very old historical building so it was unique and had charm. We had one room upstairs and one in the pet wing since we had our dog. The room in pet wing wasn't as nice, and you could hear everytime some open or closed the doors so our dog barked alot, but its a great location if you plan to go to the Cuyahoga Valley national park.
