'I picked La Quinta Inn and Suites because I was tired and needed a place to sleep while traveling. I'm a retired senior and thought the price was rather high but it was very decent and clean I had a very comfortable bed to sleep in and the room didn't smell like dogs had peed in the room. This is a first for me to have a room this nice while traveling and all I did was lay down and sleep then get up and go again. The receptionist was very nice and checked me out quickly. 'I am submitting this complaint because the condition of my hotel room was unacceptable. Upon entering the room, I found multiple roaches, visible mold, and dirty conditions throughout the room. The bathroom and other surfaces appeared unclean, and the overall condition raised serious concerns about health and sanitation.'

'I was shocked that there was no elevator and my room was on the second floor. I can’t climb stairs. However, the lovely young woman resolved the problem when she had a last minute cancellation for a first floor room. The only problem with the room was that the bathtub was extremely slick and there was no bath mat.'
