'The entire property was amazing, the food, restaurants, the drinks at the pool, and the pool area was the highlight of our stay! Everything at this hotel was beautiful and the hotel was very clean.'

'When we checked in we waited for our room to be ready, at 3:56pm I asked if it was ready. They said it was. Upon entering the room we noticed several issues, no toilet paper and no refill,smudges in the bathroom mirror as well as in the balcony door, sink dirty and stained. The tub was clogged and took forever for the water to go down the drain, there was no body wash gel, hardly any shampoo towels did not look clean but reclycled. The place over packed, not enough staff to accommodate everyone,...
