« This hotel is beyond clean, well cared for and the beds are the most comfortable I've experienced in a while, and I travel frequently. From check-in to departure, every staff member was friendly, helpful and courteous. The day I was supposed to leave, my plane was delayed by 5 hours, Angel was so sweet in assisting so I could return to my room versus wait at the airport (initial flight was at 6 am). « There was a mix up. I was charged twice for the room. The money they charged was refunded. The TV seemed Internet based. I had trouble trying to go to certain channels. The had a nice amenity, such as free drinks, like cappuccino and soda at the Convenience store next door. They were genuinely nice and tried to make their guests feel welcomed. »

« Room was clean and smelled clean. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and courteous. Breakfast was delicious and had no problem finding items. It would be nice if there were 1 or 2 items for diabetics. Perhaps sugar free yogurt/pastry. (Just a suggestion). »

« We stayed in the VIP Tower Suite. It was amazing. You really do feel I like a VIP. Our room was bigger than my living room in my home and the bathroom was amazing. That shower I loved. We had a great experience there. It was our first time we loved it. We ate at The Eatery the food was absolutely wonderful. The best buffet we’ve ever been to had prime rib, fish, seafood, Mexican, Asian so good. »

« Breakfast was really good and staff friendly. Parking good and several spots to park. Pool was not open and would have been nice to just sit outside. Only issue was the floor above us (RM107) we could hear a dog running back and forth on floor and early this morning around 6:30am the dog started barking while we were trying to sleep. »

« The property was under construction I feel like overpay for this property. I paid around $230 for one night. I would’ve expect a more comfortable situation for example more light in the hotel it was very dark. I don’t think that $230 were worth it. There was a whole construction under the breakfast area. Wasn’t able to enjoy the lobby because they were working on it and there was so much dust it was healthy to breathe. We had a kid there too. It was super uncomfortable. I don’t think it was fair...

« Staff was great, Very clean lobby and rooms. Comfy and updated rooms. Breakfast was standard. Very convenient was there for 2 nights for a wedding. Rooms were freshened up every day. Walking distance to a couple restaurants. Minuets from a shopping plaza . Would definitely stay again. »

« Did not care for having to stand or walk through the cigarette smoke lobby or check-in desk. Would have preferred to be able to enter, conduct business and dine without having to encounter the cigarette smoke. Also the live band in the restaurant was extremely loud, hard to enjoy the music or hold a conversation when the music was loud enough to be playing in a stadium. The good, the staff was very friendly and I was please with my stay other than what was mentioned above. Thank you »
