'We were in town for a funeral. Check in was at 1:00 pm and the funeral was at 2:00. We got to the hotel at 12:45 and the reception was extremely rude. She said the room wasn’t ready and we were early. I told her it was no problem, we knew we were a bit early and could wait until the 1:00 check in time.
