Pensions in North Orlando

'Better communication and transparency could be improved, about the rules at the searching before reservation and after booking. I was looking for a pet friendly place to stay with my Service Dog, to feel safe and avoid issues (regardless is Service Dog). The place charged $45 fee per dog and apparently per night. Any of this isn’t mentioned during the searching and/or after the booking. Only after the cancellation window passed and the check in, when I find out about this fee, but I thought was...

'Easy to find, nice setup and very different... Issues with the stay; shower head was a rainhead shower too heavy for the wall so kept falling which left it way too short to truly shower, low water pressure, ac was in the livingroom and even though fans were on high not a ton of air flow. Bed was hard along with the pillow. For the price could have stayed in the water. '

'A great location! Park your car in the driveway and leave it. You can walk to the lake, farmer’s market on Sunday, grocery store, restaurants and more! Place was clean and comfy. Small kitchenette and living room area. Hosts were helpful and responded quickly.'

'We were not able to use the pool due to the weather but it wasn’t clean , the exterior property is beautiful but has not been maintenance in months '
