Eugene went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. There was some essential already in the fridge, like bread, milk and some fruit on the table.The property was as described. It was very clean with lots of space. The location was great. We could walk to the local grocery store (NG) which was a block away. We did rent a car which made getting to the many beaches easier. Ivan/Eugene made arrangements for the car rental and it worked out very well and was cheaper than renting from other company's. This was our first time in Aruba and would not hesitate in recommending this location. We were a group of 6 family members and there was plenty of room. We enjoyed the Lani and ate all our meals outside. The unit came with beach chairs, coolers and pool noodles which made it much more enjoyable when going to the beach.Thanks for much for making our stay in Aruba so enjoyable we will be back.

This was a perfect VRBO experience. Communication with Eugene and Ivan was easy and helpful prior to our arrival. Eugene met us when we arrived and showed us this perfect, clean, well-appointed and nicely decorated home. The kitchen was so well-equipped it made cooking very easy. The plates, glasses, silverware were all very clean and there was enough of everything. Eugene had considerately brought in staples like eggs, milk, bread and so forth so we didn’t need to run immediately to the store. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely decorated and comfortable to use. The backyard is amazing with a sun warmed jacuzzi, deck chairs and patio furniture. Some nice planting and it was very private. There are beach chairs and a cooler to bring to the beaches. Eugene was a great communicator, respected our privacy and is a superb host. We have every intention of returning!

This condo was perfect for our stay….condo well maintained, comfortable sturdy furniture which was extremely important to us as one of my traveling companions has mobility issues . Eugene our host was extremely attentive, very helpful with suggestions…the villa is conveniently located to downtown, beaches etc. Kitchen was adequately stocked & grill worked great.. hot tub was such a nice addition coming home from a long day of exploring, being able to soak away….

Fantastic Stay in Noord, Aruba!

My family recently stayed at this wonderful home in Noord, Aruba, and it was nothing short of amazing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway—modern appliances, air conditioning, and even a sauna! It was conveniently located near the beach and plenty of family-friendly activities, making it the perfect spot to unwind and explore. The owner/host provided everything we needed to ensure our vacation was a success. Everything from restaurant recommendations, assistance with affordable rental cars, and even helped us deal with a cancelled flight going home. Above and beyond is the term I would use, so if you're looking for a well-equipped, welcoming home in Aruba, I highly recommend this one!

A FABULOUS PLACE

It is always hoped that the location that you reading about and seeing pictures of, is as advertised. I can most assuredly say that the "Tropical Villa in Palm Beach" is all that and more! Our host met us upon arrival. His pride in this home is evident through conversation but more by what is provided for guests. We were greeted with a "welcome" package that included a variety of libations and snacks. The kitchen was well provisioned with the usual cooking and eating essentials and in addition to spices, we were also provided with coffee, tea, sugar, milk, etc. The bedrooms were large with very comfortable beds. The indoor spaces were lovely. The outdoor space doubled the living area providing an additional dining and "living room" on a covered veranda - a favorite spot for breakfast and late afternoon snacks. Upon returning from the beach each day, we enjoyed the walled backyard with it's LARGE hot tub, hammock, lounge chairs and outdoor shower It provided a serene spot to regroup for the evening. The amenities were fabulous - multiple beach chairs and umbrellas, bathroom and beach towels were never ending, soap, shampoo, toilet paper (something that always seems to need refilling - NOT HERE!) cleaning supplies, etc. never ran out. And the little touches did not go unnoticed - suggestions for restaurants, "What to do in Aruba" magazines, fresh flowers, etc. from the garden in various locations throughout the villa. We will be back! Highly recommend!

From the very beginning, Eugene and Ivan kept in fast communication with us, answering questions, giving advice about local restaurants and car rentals, and arranging to meet us at check in. We were given a tour of the villa, including lots of helpful information including grocery shopping, beaches, and self care in the Aruba climate. Eugene was always available to see or talk to about how to work the tv, etc. The villa is very beautifully decorated and super comfortable. The location is perfect for many restaurants and beaches. What a paradise

We are family of 5 and we had a blast. The welcoming host, Eugene did go the extra mile. Aruba at the BEST Villa with the GREATEST Host!

I don’t even know where to start- we had the BEST time at the Villa, way better than fantastic in the description. The place is incredibly clean and comfortable, located near SO MUCH TO DO and of course the best beaches. Everything you need is there! They have beach towels, chairs and cooler to take to the many gorgeous beaches. The backyard is a private oasis, where you can bbq, relax, gather together for a meal or a plunge in the relaxing jacuzzi pool with a book or just some quality time with loved one(s). I truly cannot say enough about Eugene- he is one of the kindest most caring and loving soul. He went above and beyond to make our stay the absolute best! Even helped us with a couple of medical issues that popped up- magnificent man and full of knowledge. Appreciated him so much. Loved every second being in Aruba - do NOT hesitate in booking- just do it! You won’t regret it.

Home away from home

My friends and I absolutely LOVED this property! It really has everything you would need or want while away from home. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. There were wardrobes and drawers in each of the 3 bedrooms. The 2 full washrooms, washing machine and dishwasher were an added bonus! This property boasted many unique features! There are beautiful high ceilings, comfortable sofas, SMART TVs and more. Outside, there’s a private backyard to enjoy breakfast on the patio, and dinner at the dining table. There’s a hammock and jacuzzi too! You could cook on the stove, oven, or BBQ or just go out. Beach towels, chairs, small beach umbrellas and cooler were provided also. We could pack them easily into our rental car when heading off to the beach. Speaking of that, a rental car is highly recommended. It allows us to see and do so much more. We rented from Value Car Rental. The property owners Ivan and Eugene were an absolute pleasure to communicate with. Both were extremely kind and helpful. Eugene met us upon arrival and before we departed. He checked in with kind messages and recommended beaches for us to visit. I liked that I could reach out to him easily if we had any questions. If you’re looking to rent a property that is clean, spacious, provides hot water and electricity at no extra cost, this is for you! It’s close to many beaches, shops, grocery stores, restaurants, casinos and entertainment. You won’t be disappointed! It really is a home away from home!

Beautiful Home Away from Home!!!

This was an amazing place to stay for my family and I while we toured beautiful Aruba! The house had everything we needed and the attention to detail throughout the property was outstanding - extremely clean and beautiful throughout. We arrived and met Eugene, our host, who showed us around and shared some helpful info. Eugene was very friendly and available throughout the week if needed. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome basket with lots of goodies including a bottle of sparkling wine! We enjoyed all aspects of the property that included modern amenities, spacious bedrooms, formal dining area, large kitchen island, family room and especially the outdoor area. The spacious backyard area included a dining area, outdoor sectional and loungers. The whirlpool was awesome to cool off after a long day at the beach. My family's favourite surprise amenity turned out to be the outdoor shower to rinse off. Much was provided to make our stay comfortable including: fresh towels, hot showers, shower gels, clean bed linens, 5 beach chairs, cooler and beach umbrella. The location is safe and close to Palm Beach. We rented a car so mostly drove and parking was always easy to find when visiting different beaches. We also walked a couple of times to Palm Beach as well. Overall it was a fantastic place to rest and call home while we experienced all the beauty of Aruba! Thanks Eugene for your hospitality!

The Perfrct Villa!!

My husband and I just got back from our trip to Aruba and we can’t stop taking about our perfect experience staying at the villa we chose! Our host, Eugene, was very friendly and helpful. He responded very quickly to any questions that we had. We had a later flight and even though the check out time was at 10, he let us leave a couple of hours later! He’s the best!!! Now the villa itself was beautiful!! I’m a detailed type of person and this villa had everything we needed and wanted! Very well maintained home. One of the reasons we chose to stay at a villa versus a resort is because we wanted a “home away from home” feeling and this villa did not disappoint!! The open kitchen to living room area is perfect! The bedrooms are the perfect size. The jacuzzi was awesome and my husband and I really enjoyed it! There’s a grill in the backyard and we were able to have a nice romantic dinner outside. We loved this villa so much that when we return to Aruba, we will stay here again!

Unforgettable stay at Casa Kamay! Spacious house with a great layout, modern amenities and high ceilings. Also a spacious porch for outside dining and relaxation. A welcome basket with snacks and drinks was waiting for us on arrival. Private garden with yacuzzi/pool for cooling off, and brand new bbq for grilling. Palm beach hotels are about 8 minutes on foot straight down the street, or short drive by car. The house came with beach chairs for us to use as well as beach umbrellas and a cooler. Supermarket is about 200 yards on foot. About 15 to 20 minutes from the Airport. The house and the garden are well taken care of and it shows. Very enjoyable stay and will definitely book it again for a future Aruba trip! Thank you for the great stay !

Home Away from Home

This home is better than a resort but in a neighborhood setting. Eugene met us outside when we approached the house and went over everything with us. The house is bright, airy and very clean. It’s close enough to walk to the high rise area. It is equipped with everything you will need-including shower gel and shampoo! We spent our mornings having breakfast on the back deck and afternoons in the soaking pool with the jets on. And we always felt safe in the neighborhood. Eugene is fantastic! We spoke with him a few times in passing. He’s such a sweet, caring and extremely smart man. I would definitely recommend Eugene’s home. We absolutely loved it!

Thank you for an unforgettable stay !!!

The location was perfect! Very close to the best beaches (Palm Beach, Arashi and Eagle beach), hotel area, restaurants, night bars, shops in Palm Beach were just a short drive away. The house is ideal for vacation - private and very clean, beds were super comfy! Everything is in great shape with very high ceilings! A/C in each room. Hot water in showers and no additional utilities cost was a big plus! The modern kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We also enjoyed the huge jacuzzi and used it every day! Outside area is so cozy and secluded! The host greeted us kindly upon check-in and gave us all information we needed. We couldn't be happier with the experience!!
