« This is a cute cottage that I would highly recommend if you are staying in the Rogers area. There were three of us that stayed, but you could easily have 4-5. It is just as described and very clean. Checkout instructions are very easy. We brought our own coffee, but there was a Keurig with coffe, creamer and sweetener if needed. It is located just one block off of the cute downtown area. I would definitely stay again if I am back in that area! »

« Cottage was great and well kept, the pictures of the lake need to be updated on the listing as it was probably taken during the fall or winter when there is less brush. The walkway to the lake was beautiful but once down by the water the area was cluttered and not kept up. The area could use some clearing out and up keep. One of the reasons I chose these cottages is the cottage itself but also the lake being close and possibly being able to just chill down by the water but this was not the case....

« Let’s start by saying that it’s a nice place. Recently remodeled little farm house on the edge of Belle Vista. But that is about where it stops. When you turn on the tap water, be prepared for a very strong odor of sulphur/crude. It’s awful. I noticed in our “welcome” email it said it had been remedied. It has not. « We loved the cabin it was clean and stocked with everything we needed. It was peaceful and gave my family and I a chance to slow down and refresh and reconnect. We got to watch the wild life and we where going to try and fish just kept raining, but the whole weekend was fantastic!! »

« Had several problems with the automatic door lock, but the owner answered the phone every time I called and was extremely helpful. It was a cute little place and very convenient for where I wanted to be. If I had any complaint at all, it would be that the only places to sleep are bunkbeds. It would be nice to have one queen size bed, and one set of bunkbeds. Didn’t really like sleeping in a bunkbed, but the place was great and the people are wonderful. »

« The property is cozy and decorated in a homey way. It looks like a home that has been decorated over years and travels. I love the live plants in the living room and the vibrant colors. It has a Tempurpedic type of bed which I do not find particularly comfortable. But, I usually get used to it the second night. The first night is rough. It is on the back side of the quadruplex so it is quiet with no traffic or backyard neighbors. This is my second time to rent this unit. I like it very much. »

« Convenient location. Comfortable bed. Had everything we needed. Happy overall for the price we paid in what has become an expensive town to own property in. There were a few things in the rental that looked to need attention but overall they did not blemish our stay. »
