'早朝に着いたので荷物を預けて観光をしました。WOWパスの買い方の説明など、最初からとても親切にしてくださいました。何より部屋をアップグレードしてくださり、大変快適に過ごせました。旅自体も楽しく過ごせて、とても感謝しています。 ホテルの場所は地下鉄２駅の間にありますが、さほど遠くないです。周りにコンビニもあるし、ソウル駅から一駅なので朝からKTXに乗るのに移動が便利でした。 また、１階にあるカフェがとても美味しくて、朝早くから空いているので、大活用しました。 良い思い出がたくさんできたので、こちらの施設に次回のソウル旅行でも利用したいです。ありがとうございました。'

'View is great. Other than that, waste my money. Front desk staff was very rude and didn't have any knowledge at all. Even I couldn't invited my guests to my room. Buffet dishes are not great taste. But view of restaurant is amazing. Just one time stay is more than enough'

'For shorter stay: if you need to have easy access all over the town, this is a good choice. Metro station right across the street to Seoul station, train back and forth airport. Han river can be accessed by foot, bike rental available there. Excellent, calm hotel with pool, and other services, staff is very friendly. '

'Prima conference hotel gelegen naast een grote mall met veel eet- en drinkgelegenheden. Helaas heeft er een situatie plaatsgevonden, die door het hotel zeer slecht is opgepakt. Dit heeft een grote impact gehad op onze reis en zijn we genoodzaakt geen goede beoordeling geven. '

'Everything is going well, breakfast is tasty'

'The staff was amazing and very accommodating to my needs. I had to extend my stay due to unexpected events. They were able to do so and even let me stay in the same room. 😁 Complimentary toiletries, sods/oj & h20 beverages, fresh bedding, fluffy pillows...truly a gem! My stay was actually at their Yonsan location, but I'm sure both places are great! 😁 '

'部屋は普通。玄関は靴の置き場もなくスリッパも放置されて、3階バスルームのトイレはあつも便座が濡れていて使いづらかった'

'Overall cleanliness is poor. Dusty room, hair found in bedding and towels. Remote control for the tv and ac were disgusting with stains. Kleenex box cover was also stained. Had to use my own disinfecting wipes before touching them. Kitchen is there but not hugely helpful since they only provided one huge pot and a frying pan with delaminating coating. You have to purchase dish washing cloth/detergent for 1,000 won from the front desk. Washing machine and styler are useful, you need to purchase...

'The staff made me happy every day. The spa and fitness facilities were great. It was a shame that the parking lot was a bit narrow. Still, the overall experience was amazing. '
