'The house is very nice and comfortable. Very quiet location with woods just behind the house. Easy to walk to both sides of Ocean Point. Swimming at Ocean Point Beach and from the dock at the Ocean Point Inn is fun. Open access to comfortable chairs along the shoreline in front of the Ocean Point Inn where you can sip drinks and watch the sunset across the water. Dinner at the Ocean Point Kitchen in the Inn is good and comes with the view.'
