'The room was roomy and relaxing. Great night sleep. The property and hotel are always very clean. The free breakfast was wonderful. The shower was new looking and nice.'

'The property was very quiet and peaceful which we totally enjoyed. We tried to use the hot tub in the Satin room, and to our disappointment, found that it was not working. We really didn’t meet any of the staff except for the lady who brought breakfast to our room. Breakfast was very good. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. The only other complaint is that we found the bed rather uncomfortable.'

'This is the nicest hotel to stay at when visiting OU. It’s right next to campus and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a small gym on site and a decent restaurant and bar.'

'The double bed rooms are TRUE double/full beds, not Queens. And when I asked for a rollaway bed, they told me they didn’t have any. I wish I knew this before I tried to put 4 people in a room. The breakfast was not very good. Just kinda of sad. Hotel looks remodeled recently which is great but the bed situation is crazy.'

'The room was filthy and had broken flooring and door trim. There is no hot tub as advertised, and the pool was unusable. I could go on and on but it just makes me more mad. I'm filing an official complaint. Don't waste your money here and if you do, say hi to the creepy guy who wanders the hallways. He'll go the other way.'

'Entrance was dirty as well as the elevators. The room was ran down. Cracks on the walls. Not clean we found hair in the tub. The night stand had sticky residue. They do offer breakfast but I did not go. Would not stay here again.'

'So it was near the highway which is didn’t mind. Except my window was facing the highway which was really loud if I needed to open the window. I stayed there for 9 nights never did they come clean my room they say for the extended stay people the only clean once a week (even the trash). I caught a maid outside in the hallway and she (reluctantly) took my trash out my room after a week. My room wasn’t ready originally had a two beds and in a smoking room. They told me my room was under...

'Checked in late like 10pm and had a little mix up with the checkin with pet fees and other fees but got corrected in the am. Didn't use the pool looked green when seen it the next morning. But room was good. Overall good experience just a few to many add ons if you wanted them breakfast and such.'
