'The dining area was extremely small, chaotic, and disorganized, people were fighting over the waffle station some towels were not clean at all. Plus exercise area was extremely small.'

'My spouse and I stayed at this hotel during our vacation in Canada. We booked this property because the photos online looked very appealing, but unfortunately the actual condition of the hotel did not match our expectations. The biggest issue during our stay was the cleanliness of the room. It did not appear to have been properly checked or cleaned before our arrival. The microwave had greasy fingerprints all over it, and the refrigerator still contained a melted ice cream container left behind...

'Hotel is very clean, modern style, room is spacious with lots of outlets to plug in your devices, TV has youtube, netflix and other apps apart from the usual channels, pillows are great and the bed is comfortable. Has decent warm breakfast. The only thing is the pool, it was advertised as heated but was cold when we used it. The gym equipments are new. Will definitely come back here. Highly recommended 😇'
