Welcome to Villa Sorelle 1 & 2, an exclusive pair of newly built contemporary villas located in the peaceful coastal village of Zaton, near Zadar. Completed in 2025, Villa Sorelle 1 and Villa Sorelle 2 are situated side by side, creating the perfect accommodation for larger families, groups of friends, or multiple families travelling together.

Although the villas are connected as semi-detached properties, each offers complete privacy with its own private entrance, swimming pool, terrace, barbecue area, parking spaces, and fully fenced garden. Together, they create one exceptional holiday retreat while allowing guests to enjoy both shared moments and personal space.

The two villas together offer a total of 260 m² of modern living space on 800 m² of fully enclosed private grounds. They comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, with a maximum capacity of 14, making them an ideal choice for family reunions, celebrations, retreats, or group holidays.

Each villa features a spacious open-plan ground floor with a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining area, and stylish living room, all fully air-conditioned. Both living rooms include a sofa bed suitable for one additional guest. Large glass doors open onto private terraces with outdoor dining areas, barbecue facilities, and private swimming pools, creating the perfect setting for relaxing under the Mediterranean sun.



Across both villas, guests will enjoy a total of 6 fully air-conditioned bedrooms. Four bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds, while two bedrooms offer two single beds each. Villa Sorelle 2 also features one master bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, providing additional comfort and privacy.



In total, the property offers five modern bathrooms, ensuring convenience even for larger groups.

Both villas are fully equipped with everything needed for a carefree holiday, including air conditioning throughout, washing machines, ironing facilities, mosquito screens on every window, private parking, and beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces. The entire property is enclosed by a 1.60-metre-high fence, providing privacy and security for guests of all ages.
