• Access: The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible via a wide staircase. Please note that the building does not have a lift.

• Mezzanine: The mezzanine ceiling height is 1.20 meters, making it ideal for sleeping but not for standing upright.

• Neighborhood Atmosphere: Being in the heart of Old Nice, the area is lively and can be animated. Most travelers enjoy this vibrant energy.

• Television: The TVs are not connected to traditional French TV channels (TNT).

• Linen & Essentials: Bed linens, towels, bath mat, soap, and shampoo are provided. Beds are made before your arrival.
