Nicaragua - Locations villas de rêve

« We were a party of nine. Two families with kids ages 22, 17, 17, 15 and 13. This house exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious and the open air main floor was fantastic. I don’t think the pictures do it justice.. Access to the beach is terrific. You do have to walk a couple flights of stairs which was fine with us. The views are spectacular. The caretakers on site, Keyling and Meynor, were very helpful and will prepare meals for you if requested which is a nice option to have while on...

« You just can’t find places like this anymore. If you want beach front, woods and wildlife, seclusion and safety - you can’t beat this! »

« The house is insanely beautiful and spacious, There were five of us and we had plenty of rooms with space to spare. The furniture and decorations are gorgeous and give the house a beautiful colonial vibe. The pool was amazing and the master bathroom was out this world. The location is super convenient and there are lots of eating places that are walking distance from the house (including a 24 hr small shop across the street). Something to note that is that outside can get very loud and...

« It was a great value and a perfect place for a relatively large group like ours. The hostess was professional and courteous. The check-in process was smooth. I highly recommend this place if your group is relatively large. Ah! A large super market is just around the corner which is very convenient. »

« Très belle endroit pour les amateurs de nature. La piscine avec vue est magnifique. Le service et la communication était très efficace. Comme mentionné, avoir un véhicule 4x4 pour se rendre à la maison. Merci!! »

« Beware! This property is not as advertised. The advertisement that the house is “Beachside” is a stretch. House is on top of a steep hill from the beach with multiple other houses between it and the beach. Some key pictures in the listing are outdated; for example, the listing picture of an ocean view from the first floor no longer applies as it appears to have been taken over 10 years ago before tree growth blocked the view. The home is advertised as inside Rancho Santana; however, what is not...

« Our stay at this beach home in Nicaragua was outstanding. The first thing that grabs you is the setting—the ocean stretches out in front of you, and every evening the sunsets put on a show. The architecture of the home and the art displayed throughout make this a unique property unlike any other you will find. One of the highlights of our trip was Eveling’s dinners. Do not skip them. Every meal was prepared with local flair, and each night felt like part of the vacation experience rather than...

« Incredible Villa with an absolutely amazing location in Hacienda Iguana. We loved that it was only a quick walk from Colorados and yet also far enough away from the Beach action to provide a restful and private space. The host was always responsive and incredibly helpful. The home and pool were cleaned every day. The AC in each room was cold. And the howler monkeys would visit the back yard every evening. Watch out for the Racoons though! They’re sneaky little guys. As long as you lock up and...

« The place has stunning views. The Property Manager (Wilfredo) is warm and friendly. Tended to all of our needs and went above and beyond. Will definitely come back. »
