This house is located about 5 mins away from Niagara Falls.
It is also close to great attractions like:
-3 mins from Hyde Park (playground, picnic area, ice rink, bike rental, golf course, skate park)
-8 mins from Fashion Outlet Mall of Niagara Falls
-2 mins from the famous Frankie’s Donuts and Pizza

Property is located right behind a plaza of convenience stores like dollar general and Save A Lot.
It is also walking distance from Mc Donald’s, Fortuna’s, Dosa Place, and the famous Viola’s Submarine House.

-All doors and windows are closed and locked.

-Fridge and pantry is empty and free from any snacks, drinks or food you brought with you

Our housekeepers do an exceptional job with cleaning after your stay. However, we do request that you please tidy up after yourselves:
1) Please pick up trash from the floor and take your trash out to the garbage bins
2) Please wash any dishes used during your stay
3) Used towels can be left on the bathroom floor to be laundered

PARKING
There is a parking spot on the driveway, and you may also park on the street infront of the house. Please do not park on the grass. If you choose to park your vehicle on the street, it should not be blocking the driveway or the fire hydrant.

Please note that surrounding streets may not seem to be in great condition. The city needs to improve the entire area. This is an overall issue with Niagara Falls NY in general, not just where the house is located. However, we find the place safe and have never had any problems.

We arrived one and a half hours after checking in the cleaning lady was still cleaning. We had to wait to get into the house. Be careful of the right hand rail, going up the outside steps because it is loose. The flooring was very nice and for an older they did their best in updating. We had a reservation for eight but only received four towels and one washcloth no hand towels in the bathroom or kitchen just paper towels. The drying rack in the kitchen had orange gunk in it so we did not use it. We had to go across the street to Dollar General to get hand towels to wash everything before we used it in the kitchen because the drawers were not lined and we didn’t trust the Cleanliness of the utensils. The coffee maker was upstairs so he brought it down to the main kitchen, but there was no sugar just artificial sweetener. The beds did not have top sheets, and the temperature at night was very warm. We brought the gray couch from upstairs down to the living room, so there was more seating for us. The street was very busy for what look like a side street. cars were going down all day and night long. We think it was a cut through Street. It was close to the falls, but would not stay here again.

Beautiful, secure 2 story home with game tables 3 minutes from the falls.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. Older, in the city, homes always have our heart . The interior was very clean, had all the necessities, with a bonus mother in law suite upstairs complete with a second bathroom, air hockey, foozeball tables and kitchen( fully stocked keurig). Both were perfect for our 3 teens, who stayed up all night to play the table games. Yes, this house seems to be in "the rough" end of the neighborhood but we felt safe. There is a motion sensor on the front porch light and camera positioned at the front door. TV in the living allows you to stream. Its positioned directly behind a dollare general, great for quick pick ups of snacks or last minute needs. I would recommend. We've stayed in many homes through VRBO and realize not every home is as you may position your home. That is apart of the experience. We love being apart of the local community and this home hit all the points for Niagara.

Just okay.

The house is very close to Niagara tourist area, and this was our favorite part about it. The neighborhood looks a little sketchy/run down but we had no safety issues. We arrived to the house but did not have the check in code in our messages. I messaged twice while standing on the front porch trying to set off the ring motion detector camera. I waited 20 minutes in the heat and finally called the host. Within 10 minutes he had sent the check in information. The a/c was not on when we entered and the thermostat read 86 on a 90 degree day. It would have been great to have it cooled for us when we arrived. This would have alleviated the old house / musty smell throughout the house.There was no ventilation or cooling in the upstairs (bedroom, sitting, and game area). A window a/c would definitely help on the second floor. We went to the Dollar General across the street and bought two fans, air freshener and candles to burn to help with the scent in the house. We brought an air mattress so we did not have to use the second floor except for a quick game of air hockey (my son said it was fun!) and bathroom/shower. There were enough towels for 5 ppl but no hand towels and one wash cloth. Shower curtains were musty/discolored. There wasn’t enough sitting area for a family of 5 in the living room, but we made it work with a stool from a vanity table and bench from the kitchen. It was a decent place to sleep. The beds were comfortable, just hard to sleep because it was so hot.

The house from the outside was not well kept. The stair rail for the extremely steep entry stairs was not attached. The screen door was hard to open as it got stuck on the porch. There was an odor upon entering. There was also no mention in the listing about the 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom being upstairs. The stairs leading upstairs were also not safe as one side had no rail. The stairs to the bunk bed were not easy enough for either of my kids. There were pieces missing from the countertop.

The house was clean and comfortable, with free parking and only 7-8 minutes from the Falls and from the Canadian border, which was hugely helpful. The hostess is extremely responsive to messages, as well. The price is hard to beat for a 3-bedroom location that is well patrolled and as close to the Falls as it is.

The inside of the house was clean but there was only 1 washcloth found for 7 guests. There were 3 bedrooms with only 1 tv for 7guests to watch, and only 1/2 of a sectional couch for 7 guests. No washer and dryer. The downstairs bathroom had a hand held shower head, you had to hold the showerhead wet your hair and body, lay it down and soap yourself , rinse yourself off. The tube was too tall for my husband to set into, he had to take sink baths. The front porch railing was completely broken away from the brick. We were not told about this. We did NOT ask for handicap accessible property but if you have any limitations this would not be compatible. We were warned about the bad conditions of the roads, that was definitely true. Giant potholes all the way down the street. The bunk beds were GREAT, grandkids loved them. The game room was great the family loved it as well. It would not allow me to upload photos

Great Stay

Overall we were very happy with the stay. For our family it was the right size. It had all the basic items we were looking for. The property manager communicated very well. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.
