The perfect vacation!

Our family enjoyed an amazing stay at the Easton's Beach house. The layout of the space was perfect and the walk to the beach was the best part! The hosts were very helpful with check-in and great with communication throughout the process. The house had all the supplies we needed, including the adorable firepit which we enjoyed while listening to the surf. I highly recommend this property for a family. Five stars!!

Great Spot

Clean and as described. Great location just steps from 1st beach, and short drive or bike ride to 2nd beach. Minutes from downtown Newport and the Cliff Walk. Lots of greats spots to grab lunch/dinner locally. Its a great spot for a week at the beach with your family with lots of other options to keep your kids entertained. House has a lot of what you need for you week and the beach. David is very attentive if you ever need anything or have any questions. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location and property

We stayed in the house for 5 nights. We were 5 women on a girls trip. We found the house excellent. It is exactly as described. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are as described. We could walk to the beach and the cliff walk. There are restaurants in the area. When I contacted the owner for questions, he was quick to respond and very helpful. The location is great for exploring many different places in R I. I highly recommend staying here when visiting the area.

I rented this property for my family and I to stay for attending a wedding in Newport. I am thankful I came across this property because I was beyond impressed with how beautiful the home was and how conveniently located it was to everything. Peaceful Paradise

The beach house was perfect. The neighborhood as quiet and friendly. We could tell the owner put much thought into making this a welcoming place , from checking with us to see if we needed anything, to the decor, to providing all the amenities we needed for our stay. We appreciated that the linens and towels were fresh and like new. The beach was just around the corner ,so we could go back and forth to the beach and house. We'd stay here again !

Week-long family beach vacation

Great location for getting little kids to and from the beach, and to Clementine's Ice Cream! We really enjoyed the thoughtful amenities such as blocks in the bedroom with twin beds, and provided beach chairs and towels. Very quick drive to downtown Newport! Thank you to our kind hosts!

Beach Vacay

We had a great time at the beach cottage. Lovely, quiet neighborhood close to downtown Newport. A short 8-10 minute car ride away. Easton’s Beach is a short walk from the house and David has everything you need including beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and even a beach buggy to carry it in if you desire. You can view the Cliff Walk and Mansions along the water from this area which was very nice during our walks along the beach and through the neighborhood. Sitting around the fire pit one evening was relaxing and the home was comfortable. Parking was easy with our own driveway and David always responded quickly when contacted. It was also super nice the hosts leaving a bottle of wine and chocolate for our stay. There are some restaurants within walking distance from the house including seafood, pizza, burgers and ice cream which were very good, especially when we didn’t feel like going into busy Newport at night. Overall would recommend this home as it is very convenient to all that Newport has to offer and the home has many items and amenities that we didn’t need to lug with us for our trip so that was very helpful.

A Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids, 7 and under) had a great stay at Easton's Beach House! The proximity to the beach was perfect, especially with young kids. The house was very family friendly and well-stocked. We loved being able to enjoy the beach chairs and boogie boards. We had everything we needed inside too, even with our good sized family there were plenty of beds and places to sit. The house was comfortable and the hosts were very welcoming. We appreciated the information of things to do in the area! We are already missing our time in Middletown/Newport and would definitely stay here again!

Great location, even better hosts!

We stayed from Monday - Saturday & loved the location. It’s perfectly located near Easton’s beach, with beach chairs, umbrella, picnic basket, and so much more! There was a pack n play with a booster seat available & even the kitchen had unexpected extras! Definitely recommend a visit with these lovely hosts who communicate as needed (we had a power loss one day) and offer support as needed. Great location, great home away from home & great people!
