Conveniently located, the wonderful sandy beach at Newport is within a short walk, keen surfers, water sports, and sailing enthusiasts are well catered for.Explore the Nevern estuary, teeming in bird and wildlife or take to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to really appreciate this dramatic, rugged coastline, heading west to Aberfforest, Cwm yr Eglwys and Pwllgwaelod taking in Dinas Head or north east towards Ceibwr Bay. If you head out on foot, catch the Poppit Rocket bus back, it drops you off at the top of the road. Alternatively, a walk up Carn Ingli (mountain of angels) and over the Preselis is well worth it, the views are breathtaking over the coast.
