We loved our stay and can’t wait to return! The location was great and it had everything we needed! The deck was amazing with lots of lounge chairs to relax on. It was walking distance to everything, the beach, great restaurants and a walk/bike trail just outside the gate.The only thing I would suggest is having a bit more space in the closet to store clothing.

We really enjoyed the stay at the cottage. The only thing we had to manage was the back neighbors coming around, asked to use the beach side porch that we paid for and as we were leaving, they insisted on pulling out of their garage as my car was half way out of the garage. I asked if they minded to wait for one minute to let me finish getting my car out of the way and they said no; I believe this was because I was not willing to let them use the beach side porch.

We had a wonderful stay in this little pink house. Fabulous location. The place is small, but perfect for two people looking for a relaxing getaway in throwback cottage. The garage is TIGHT-if you bring a car-make it a very small one. Otherwise-terrific spot and the hosts could not have been more attentive. We hope to come back someday,

The place was very clean with exception dusty light fixtures. Could use more glasses, only 1 champagne glasses and large plastic Margarits was all that was provided. The kitchen has 3 windows over the back area with no shades or curtains so if anyone was staying in the back units you could see into the house. Would love to see a fire pit for the porch area.Amazing location!

Charming beach cottage in the perfect Newport location

We really enjoyed the location. We got to explore some of the more "local" establishments. We rented bikes and enjoyed long beach walks. The cottage is so cozy and cute, with great amenities. Highly recommend!

Wanted to love it but...

There were many great things about this rental. First, the location. It was right on the beach, the chairs and front sitting area were awesome, and it was a walkable distance to many restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, there were several things about the property that were annoying. It was a lengthy check-in process involving verifying my identity, which is fine, but instead of providing a detailed email explaining where all the amentities are located, it became a sort of scavenger hunt. The washer & dryer were located in a different building, behind TWO different doors. You had to open a door that I assumed was locked since it had a door code on it. It wasn't locked, but once you entered that room, you had to go through another door and there was the washer and dryer. Even the property manager on the phone couldn't remember where it was and told me, "it's by the stairs" (there were no stairs.) There was no laundry detergent provided. I've never stayed in a VRBO where detergent wasn't provided so that was annoying. The beach chairs were also hidden in that room. The beach toys were stored underneath the grill? I only accidentally found them. The bed was VERY uncomfortable. The pillows for the bed were awful, too. There weren't any extra blankets anywhere. There were no black out curtains in the bedroom and the lights from the house next to us were very bright. I wanted to like this property but it was just okay.

Golf trip and enjoy beach

My husband and I with our dog stayed in the beach house. The place is adorable. It had all the things we needed for kitchen and bathroom. Also a nice comfortable bed and even a real nice memory form pad that you could sleep on the floor with. The place is really small, but was totally doable with 2 people. The porch is the best!!!! It is really big and so awesome to sit and people watch. You can even see the ocean alittle bit. The garage is really small. I could park in it but then I would have to exit through the hatchback. I have a medium size suv. Overall everything was fantastic. We loved the beach and surrounding restaurants. Lots of great weather too.

Great location and front porch. Cute cottage. Managing company did good job on upfront communication. The inside needs some refurbishing with doors that don’t close and drawers/cabinets that don’t close. Kitchen is a mishmash of china and glasses. Might stay again if in area.

It was absolutely WONDERFUL!

It was wonderful everything was clean as a whistle. Lovely lovely chandeliers and each room was so beautiful. THE BED WAS SO COMFORTABLE. I had everything I needed in kitchen and bathroom. Only one problem. The garage would only fit a golf cart maybe. Some cars may fit but no way to open doors once in. But I was lucky and found street parking really close.

Perfect Beach Cottage Getaway

Old time cottage feel with so much character. The outdoor space is more than just about every other house on the beach. Loved having a garage but make sure you read the dimensions so you know your vehicle will fit - it’s tight. The beach chairs came in handy when we spent an afternoon at dog beach in Huntington. Perfect space for two and a dog.

Perfect little cottage

Everything was seamless, it was the perfect location and clean. Affordable staycation for us. Bike rental was also super convenient. No problems, loved every minute. Perfect for 2 people. It is small.

Perfect little Beach cottage

The property was very clean when we arrived. Check in was easy, they even notified us that the property was ready early and we could check in early. They were quick to respond to any questions I had. The place is small (as advertised) but was perfect for just my wife and I and right on the beach. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!!
