'Our room at The Evangeline was perfect - spacious, comfortable, and clean! Check in was stressful - the code they emailed didn’t work… luckily we found a staff person who let us in. We didn’t take advantage of the pool or hot tub, but lots of folks did! We enjoyed two breakfasts and two dinners at the Hotel’s Longfellow restaurant. Wait staff was excellent - food delicious!'

'Location - 10 Cleanliness - 9 Comfortably - 7 Host responsiveness - 1 The location of this property is incredible. Just a stone’s throw from downtown. The bed needs to be updated. The fan in the bathroom ran all night. The lights in the parking lot shined in the window all night. I asked about the laundry facilities but never received an answer so don’t plan on doing any laundry because it isn’t in the suite. Otherwise a reasonable stay.'
