Perfect !
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel idéalement situé dans Williamsburg et surtout avec une sortie de Métro au pied de l’hôtel. Cette sortie correspond à une ligne direct vers Manhattan, ce qui facilite les déplacements en métro. L’hôtel est très joli, le hall, les couloirs et les chambres. Nous avons eu la chance d’être côté cours intérieure donc c’était très calme. Le personnel de l’hôtel a su se montrer très coopératif lorsque nous avons rencontré un petit problème avec la ventilation de la chambre qui faisait du bruit, nous tenons à les remercier. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une chambre spacieuse pour 3 personnes

Very nice stay. Friendly staff. Clean room. Great area. My only concerns was about the breakers and the access to the roof. For the breakers, we could not plug our devices without the breaker to jump which was unpleasant to charge our cell. Second, the fan could only be turned off with the breakers! As for the access to the roof, even if the pool was closed it would have been great to get to the top of the hotel in order to take pictures. I don't remember seing any mention on the website regarding the seasonal access.

Bien situé, propre, la piscine sur le toit et la terrasse sont un gros plus. Le personnel était courtois, la chambre impeccable et bien décorée. Bel hôtel, on a vraiment apprécié!

Really cool modern hotel with the helpful staff and parking next door for $37 in a secure garage. Enjoyed my stay enjoyed the neighborhood. Enjoyed the coffee, food and restaurants around it.

Where to begin?!? This place is a shelter hotel. They have homeless people staying in the room next to us. We found out because of a noise complaint we had to file with the NYPD. Stay away from this dirty hotel. Not worth staying here if you want to rest.

Jorge - I'd like to clarify that we are not a shelter hotel and that we do not allow homeless people. There was a guest that was being noisy and we do apologize for the inconvenience. As you know, we dealt with this matter at checkout today. We still look forward to having you and let us know when you do return.

Indigo was nice but twice they did not clean our room. Once we had to ask to have cleaned and other time it was not cleaned. Not good coming home from our daughters wedding to a dirty room!

Room was large and beds comfortable. Great location - close to restaurants and subway. Quiet even though facing the freeway - room was 318.

Property was very cute and was in the perfect location in Williamsburg. So easy to walk around, great for a tourist weekend in Brooklyn. Also right by train station.

The front desk staff were not friendly and were not helpful. The hotel is not very accommodating and people who work at the front desk seem to be annoyed with guests . Our hotel room was dirty with sticky floors and dirty bathroom walls. The hotel needs to be refreshed with new towels, a paint job and maybe some new furniture . It was not worth the money we had to pay to stay here. Very convenient to the subway ! Good location.

A bit on the pricey side… but what hotel in NYC isn’t!! Drove in from upstate NY, super convenient parking garage, super convenient to subway, lots of everything in the area. Very nice hotel, looking forward to our next stay.

Rooms and the hotel ambience is very nice, convenient location, was noisy on one night with loud music until 12:30 - appears to be hotel event which is confusing as I thought most hotels would enforce quiet time. Made it very difficult to sleep

My only complaint is I paid for a breakfast and there was no breakfast Understand that it is a holiday short staff etc , but I don’t feel I should pay for it if it was not available refunds please

Nicole - Thank you for the 4/5! Regarding the breakfast vouchers this morning, I'm the person you spoke with at the desk. The barista was walking back from picking up a pot of coffee to the bar in the midst of our conversation. I pointed her out as she was walking behind you and you mentioned that you didn't want to wait for breakfast and had to leave - gave me your breakfast vouchers and left. She must've been gone no longer than 5 minutes. We hope to see you soon!

Room not ready at checkin time. Given lesser room although paid for room with sitting room. Did not bother mentioning this because we had already waited to get in room. Staff was very nice though and offered drinks while we waited. Hotel itself is very nice and convenient.

Did not like the attached destination fee upon arrival. Was taken off guard. Not a good first impression after spending a lot of money in the first place
