L’hôtel est super bien situé, à l’intérieur c’est très beau, la chambre est très belle, juste un peu légère en terme de rangement. Nous étions au 33eme étage avec une très belle vue, c’était calme. Le personnel n’est pas des plus souriants, mais est très efficace, et c’est le principal.
Je recommande cet hôtel.

J'ai été vraiment déçue. Les chambres n'étaient pas comme dans les images, pas spacieuse et pour le prix qu'on a payé surtout avec les enfants, ils auraient dû tenir ceci en compte et nous donner un chambre plus confortable. Ont a mal dormis.

Ce qui m'as deplu c'est la chambre tres etroite pour 2 adultes 2 enfants. Pas de ventilateur dans la salle de bain pas de micro onde, frigo super petit, clim tres bruyante pas capable de dormir. et les ascensseurs pas de climatisation.
Ce qui m'a plu, c'est chambre moderne , hotel moderne et la vue en haut est sperbe au 40 eme etage ou il ya tout manhattan a voir de nuit.Sauf que on vous demande de reserver votre place avant de monter car il ya un bar ,seulement ya aussi pour visiter des gens qui viennent de l'exterieur qui vous prennent vos places.

Je dois dire que l'hôtel en apparence est super accueillant, et il l'est mais sous prétexte de période covid notre chambre n'a été nettoyée qu'une seule fois en l'espace de 6 nuits achetées, et au prix forts; on ne nous a pas défalqué quoi que ce soit à cause de cette pandémie, je suis donc très déçu; vu le tarif nous étions en droit d'avoir un service à la hauteur pour un building de 41 étages; j'espère que pandémie terminée le service d'étage reprendra de sa superbe...Pour terminer sur une note très positive le petit déjeuné était très copieux et le roof top magnifique avec une vue à couper le souffle par temps clair

Vraiment bien situé juste à côté de Times Square. Le seul problème était la vue de la chambre, on nous a montré des photos incroyables pour finalement avoir un immeuble pas très beau directement devant nous. Autrement, très bien et le bar au rooftop est très cool.

The hotel is great but the building is 41 floors with a rooftop bar and only 3 elevators meaning going in and out can be a burden and god forbid one or two of the elavators are under maintenance.

Nice property but very congested common area and elevators. Everything took a bit longer then expected. The elevators were a challenge because one was down. So every time we had to go to or from our 36th floor room it was a wait and had to squeeze in. Otherwise it was good! Only stayed one night.

Decent hotel for 1 or 2 night but wouldn’t recommend staying longer. The rooms are very tiny, and the breakfast is bad- very cheap. The building itself is pretty dated. That said the staff were super friendly and gave us free drink tickets for the bar . They were super helpful with anything we needed.

Property location was perfect. Room cleanup due not come till after 4 pm when I was already back in the room. Only one water station in the hotel (for ice) in the basement and the service of the hostess for the restaurant was rude.

Not very soundproof, the neighborhood in the area, had a lot of trash and graffiti . It is a good location for restaurants and attractions, all within walking distance.
