Comfortable stylish and perfectly located could not say enough good things about this property. Our-host Ed was attentive to all of our needs which made our trip planning and arrival very pleasant. From the moment you opened the door you felt welcomed, Ed had a assortment of starter amenities plus every other imaginable item that you would need for your stay. My sister-in-law Gail and I were up for a Wedding and a long girls weekend. It was the perfect location for the side trips we had planned. The bonus was having this wonderful comfy hideaway to comeback to after a full day of touring. Loved the gas fireplace and game room. Thanks Ed for recommending Hudson Taco“Incredible food and drinks on the Hudson.”I have to recommend going to the National Purple Heart Hall of Honor in New Windsor. A must visit right now. Never forget! Highly recommend Ed and Chris Cozy Cottage, we will surely be back soon.Liked the communication, location, listing accuracy

Everything was well stocked & appointed! It’s a great cottage for 2 couples to have a weekend away! The electric fireplace was a nice amenity-since the weather was sub zero! We visited Beacon & tried a number of breweries & the Bar Arcade as well as some cool shops. It was wonderful to have our own private space to watch the SuperBowl. If we find ourselves in the area again, we would definitely book again!

Our stay here was so pleasant! This home was fully stocked with everything I needed or wanted. It was warm and inviting, clean and so comfortable. I will definitely stay here again. The hot tub was very clean and everything was well maintained. Lots of nice upgrades with filtered water, small kitchen appliances, dimmer switches, fireplace, grill, game room, fire pit, extra beach towels and more.

We loved this place!! Stayed for four nights at this cute house while visiting the Bethel facilities. It was a great central location to all three. The house itself was so cute and cozy. We loved having coffee in the morning watching the fireplace. The hot tub was a hit for the cool weather, and the game space in the guest cabin was great! We had so much fun playing darts and ping pong out there. All the beds were comfy as well! The bathroom was gorgeous and the shower was the biggest I’ve seen! If we are ever in the area again we would love to stay here again!

We stayed here for a few days with my wife and our kids, and we absolutely loved it! The house has everything you might need for a comfortable stay — a fully equipped kitchen, a great outdoor grill, an amazing fire pit area, and a fantastic outdoor jacuzzi. There’s also a separate game house with ping pong, darts, and foosball — all in perfect condition. You can tell this home was built with care and attention to detail — everything feels thoughtfully designed and well maintained.The location is also perfect — within a 30-minute drive there are plenty of attractions and beautiful places to explore. Thank you for creating such a wonderful space. We had an amazing time and would love to come back!

It was a beautiful place to stay. The bathroom was my husbands and my favorite spot it was huge and they had two sinks which was great! The cottage was super clean, and very well put together the style was unique, cozy and very spacious! Inside there is also a washer and dryer which helped immensely especially because we have kids. The couches were very soft and comfy. It’s an open concept cottage which is great because I could cook in the kitchen while watching and interacting with my kids. It had everything you needed to cook with. The kitchen was absolutely beautiful! The bedroom’s have a TV, a place to hang your clothing, and a built in section to place your suitcases or items and the bed was super comfy. The backyard has a hot tub which was great especially at night it had lights and also has a patio with a grill, and a picnic table. There was also a fire pit outside with chairs around to enjoy a nice bonfire! The game room has a huge TV, games to play and cozy place to sit and watch TV.If I ever had a question the host answered quick and was super respectful. Communication was great! Overall it was a very cozy, spacious cottage and we will be booking again in the near future!

This was a very nice home and property that worked out perfectly for our family of 5. We have 2 older boys who stayed in the game room and they loved having their own space. It was nice having all the pans, etc we needed for some cooking along with having the grill to use. The hot tub was really nice and relaxing to use after a long day. Checking in was simple and the host was very easy to reach when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Choosing this location was hands down one of the best decisions i ever made in my life. Close to trails, close to shopping, close to major landmarks, the central location of the property.l was perfect for our itinerary. Great spot for a Hudson Valley getaway

The perfect spot for a Beacon/Newburgh getaway! Great access to the towns, Storm King State Park, and Storm King Art Center! Lovely house, great game room (played so much ping pong and darts), and the hot tub was perfect.
