« La cuisine a un grand frigidaire, poêle deux ronds, pas de four. Un micro onde. Les articles de cuisine ne sont pas fournis. Il faut les louer. La chambre n'est pas nettoyée à chaque jour. Ils la nettoient une fois aux deux semaines. On doit demander de nouvelles serviettes et articles de bain à la réception au besoin. »

« À notre arrivée personnel accueillant très gentil il nous a même changer notre chambre puisque ça sentait le tabac mais par la suite la seconde chambre sentait l’humidité voir chien mouillé mais comme il ni avait pas d’autres chambres nous avons gardé celle là avec du feebreze que nous avons acheté ça atténuait un peu la senteur. « My wife and I came for her birthday. We’ve always wanted to try a B&B and this was our first one. The staff were beyond wonderful. The food and the atmosphere were fantastic. The property is so clean and comfortable so it was really easy to relax. We were in The Jane on the third floor and thankfully they have an elevator as I am recovering from an injury and stairs are very difficult for me. I enjoyed the room and it was clean with a very comfortable bed that we really enjoyed relaxing in....

« Hello! Check in went well. Unfortunately I wasn't aware of a construction that's going on in a hotel at the time if booking and sounds like there is going to be no breakfast due to that. When I booked this hotel, that was one of the main reasons I chose to stay here. The room is nice and neat, I wish I was aware of breakfast situation when I was booking through Expedia. Liubov. »

« Agree with the other reviews about the Fabuloso smell. It leaves a film on the floor, so I don't recommend walking barefoot around the room. The room was nice with newer furniture, cooktop, microwave and small fridge but the walls, trim, doors, etc. were definitely in need of being modernized. There was no artwork, decor to speak of. It was nice to be able to charge your phone via the light sconces. There were guests arguing outside until 1am and then started again at 8:30/9 am so that was...

« If you want an affordable boutique getaway I highly recommend this. Location was walkable to shops and the beach. Bed was comfortable, room temp was cool. Our room had water view. Restaurant was waterfront with 20% off with stay. Food was great. Rooms were adorable. It’s an antique vibe. Free parking and breakfast were big plus. Disappointed that The Spa pool and waterfall were not available to hotel guests without spa service. »

« The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. »
