'The place was in very bad condition. It is an old apartment that needs update, cockroaches, running in the kitchen and the bathroom. Bathroom, caulking, mold everywhere It is not something that I will rent again'

There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Rosevelt Tram is just up the street. There's a insanely busy Trader Joe's in easy walking distance and plenty of small shops and street vendors. 'It was not where it was listed but it was a good spot just had one set of bunks so one adult slept on the top. It was in the garment district near the empire state building. There was one bedroom with a double and the main part of the apartment had the other double with the bunk beds. The kitchen was good and stocked with basic dishes. 'Unfortunately, this was one of the worst Vrbo experiences I've had. We booked this property because it advertised air conditioning, but from the first night the apartment stayed around 80°F even with the AC running continuously. We reported the issue immediately and followed every troubleshooting step the host suggested, including sealing the window around the portable AC. The host repeatedly acknowledged there was an AC problem and told us a technician would come, but no one ever arrived during...
