Treme is known for its jazz clubs, soul food spots and cultural centers celebrating the neighborhood's African-American and Creole heritage. Congo Square in Louis Armstrong Park hosts concerts and outdoor movies. Colorful cottages surround the stately St. Augustine’s Church, while St. Louis Cemetery No. 1 has the graves of early residents, including voodoo priestess Marie Laveau. This home is ideally located within close proximity to numerous New Orleans landmarks including Jackson Square (2.1 Miles), City Park (3.1 Miles), Caesar's Superdome/Smoothie King Center (2.3 Miles), and the famous Metairie Cemetery (4.2 Miles).

Treme hums with its own rhythm from sunrise to late night, and this home puts you right in the middle of it. Step through a private entrance and settle into a space built for both downtime and good times, where a plunge pool, an arcade room, and a chef-ready kitchen all sit under one roof just steps from Congo Square.

Living space
The living area is an easy place to land after a day out, whether that means a quiet evening in or gathering everyone together before heading out to hear live music. A dedicated workspace in the common space keeps things functional if you need to log on, and wifi covers the whole home.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests, each with its own bed, a TV, and room-darkening blinds for sleeping in past sunrise. Cotton bed linen is provided throughout, along with hangers and a mix of closed storage - a walk-in wardrobe, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers - to unpack and settle in properly. An iron is on hand for pressing anything travel left wrinkled.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is stocked for real cooking, not just reheating: a Samsung gas cooker, oven, fridge, mini fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and a filter coffee maker. Cooking basics, crockery, cutlery, and a baking sheet mean you can put together anything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner. Wine glasses and a dining table set the scene for sharing a meal, and coffee is provided for easy mornings.

Bathroom
Two bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water, plus a hairdryer and cleaning products so you're set from the first night.

Entertainment
The arcade room is the standout here, with arcade games and a games console for anyone who wants to stay in and play. Board games round things out for a lower-key night.

Outdoor living
The backyard is fully fenced and private, with a pool to cool off in and outdoor furniture for lounging or an evening coffee. It's a good spot to decompress before or after exploring the neighborhood.

Family-friendly features
A travel cot and a folding high chair are available on request, and babysitter recommendations can be arranged if you need a night out.

Practical details
The home is single-level with no stairs, has central air conditioning, central heating, and a ceiling fan, and comes equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Check-in is self-service with a smart lock, free on-street parking is available, laundry is in-unit with a free washer and dryer, and cleaning is available during your stay. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Neighborhood
You're steps from Congo Square and the jazz clubs that define this part of the city, with the French Quarter just minutes away - an easy base for festivals, Mardi Gras, or a New Year's Eve stay.
