Frenchmen Street announces itself before you even step inside - the distant pulse of brass bands, the warm glow spilling from club doorways, the sense that something is always about to happen nearby. This third-floor one-bedroom condo sits right in the middle of it all, woven through with New Orleans-inspired character: a space that feels genuinely part of the city rather than just a place to sleep.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is set up for proper rest after long nights out - a comfortable bed dressed in quality linens and room-darkening shades that hold back the morning light for as long as you need. A sofa bed accommodates a third guest with ease. Hangers and an iron are on hand for those staying long enough to unpack.

Kitchen & dining
Everything you need to cook at home is here - refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, and cooking basics including pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper. A coffee maker and complimentary coffee are ready each morning. Pull up a chair at the dining table for meals, or carry your cup outside to the shared garden seating when the mood calls for it.

Living space
The living area leans into the personality of the city - New Orleans-inspired accents bring warmth and a sense of place to the room. A TV is available for easy evenings in, and Wi-Fi together with a dedicated workspace make the condo suited just as well to remote work as to leisure.

Outdoor & shared spaces
Shared outdoor furniture and garden seating offer a pleasant spot to sit back and decompress between adventures. A shared pool is also available on the property. Please note: the condo is on the third floor and is accessed by stairs only - there is no elevator on site.

Frenchmen Street is the soul of New Orleans’ live music scene - a strip of intimate venues, neighbourhood bars, and local restaurants where the music rarely stops. Expect street energy and live sound well into the evening and on weekends: this is the authentic sound of the neighbourhood. Getting settled
Arrival is simple via smart lock self check-in, with a private entrance for your stay. The condo also comes equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, heating, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, essentials, bed linens, pack ‘n play/travel crib, high chair, babysitter recommendations, exterior security cameras, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
