    Ik ben een SUPER GASTHEER! Dat betekent dat ik alle 5-sterrenbeoordelingen heb met uitstekende service!
    Dit Historica Home is begin 1900 gebouwd. Volledig gerenoveerd, met alle charme van New Orleans. Onze New Orleans Creole cottage home is zeer ruim met nieuw meubilair en het maken van een comfortabel huis.
    De Historic Bywater-wijk is een kunstzinnig gebied met gemakkelijke toegang tot de French Quarter, Frenchman St, Crescent Park, cafés, restaurants, supermarkten, parken en bars allemaal op loopafstand.
    Welkom, en geniet van onze omgeving Historisch Bywater.
    We zijn dicht genoeg bij de Franse wijk om te lopen
     (15-20 minuten lopen), maar nog steeds ver genoeg om het lawaai, de dure parkeergelegenheid en activiteiten van de Franse wijk niet te hebben.
    De Gabrielle Grace Manor heeft een woonkamer met hardhouten vloeren, een tv, een bank en 2 stoelen, WiFi en kabel-tv. De keuken is volledig ingericht, (maar wie wil er koken als je in New Orleans bent en je hebt al dat lekkers).
    1e. slaapkamer heeft een nieuw queensize bed en matras en hardhouten vloeren en tv.

    1 Badkamer bestaat uit een toilet en een bad / douche combinatie. Net gerenoveerd in het afgelopen jaar. 2e badkamer bestaat uit een toilet en douche.
    Geweldige Locatie .... New Orleans staat op de 2e beste U. S. city van Travel + Leisure in 2015, 2016 en 2017.
    Travel + Leisure schrijft de stijging van New Orleans in de ranglijst toe aan een groeiend aantal nieuwe hotels, winkels en restaurants in de stad, evenals de bloeiende wijken Faubourg Marigny en Bywater.
    Ons huis is een vakantiewoning voor een leuke plek om te verblijven terwijl u bij ons bent.

Beautiful property in my favorite New Orleans neighborhood. The decor is wonderfully curated and sets the mood for this well-maintained property. The kitchen and both baths were well-appointed.The bedding on both beds was a bit undersized, but that's a minor quibble in light of our spectacular stay.

NYE in NOLA

Mini-reunion

My family and i had the most wonderful time. The beds were very comfortable. The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was so fun! Walkable with coffeshops, bakeries, and perfect New Orleans dive bars (Vaughn's anyone). Cathy was available when we had questions and very accommodating to our needs.

Better than the photos

Great location, super clean, and the decor is refreshingly eclectic. I expected that parking would be an issue but I was able to park right in front every time. Cathy was very easy to work with and flexible when I had a scheduling snafu. We would definitely stay again if available.

Great place, great location!

This is a wonderful little shotgun house in Bywater, which is a really nice location in an historic neighborhood - close to the French Quarter and Frenchmen street. There is a shared wall with another shotgun house but the neighbors were fine. The courtyard is wonderful, the AC kept the place comfortable. All in all a very charming New Orleans style place. Highly recommended!

One word........Amazing!!!!

Take this classic New Orleans house in a great neighborhood, Bywater, and you have the recipe for a great stay!!!! Tony and Cathy could not have been better, with both communication before and during our stay. The house and location gives you a great base for exploring The Quarter, Garden District, etc all of which are close by. After your day out you can return to the peace and quiet of Bywater, and as we did, try out some of the local bars and restaurants. We will definitly stay her on our next visit!!!!

Great place to stay

The house was perfect for the 3 of us. We were able to walk into downtown, French quarter, along the river. It was a very nice walk. I wish I would have checked out the neighborhood a little more. They had a few food places and local bars that would have been nice to try. We were more interested in Mardi Gras. We went to Bacchanal Fine Wine, it was a lot of fun. I definitely recommend it. The neighborhood was very friendly.

Tops on my list

Truly one of the best experiences I've had. The house has been updated without losing the shotgun historical features. Beds were incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood was highly walkable, full of cafes, and very friendly neighbors. We walked Crescent Park and down to French Market and French Quarter. Jumped on the streetcar for further distances. Most of all Cathy and Tony provided the ultimate ease and communication. By far one of my best experiences. Thank you so much for providing this wonderful home in a great neighborhood, your restaurant recommendations, and especially your professional yet personable experience.

50th Birthday Celebration

We came to New Orleans to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday. His youngest brother and his wife came along and we had a Fantastic time celebrating and exploring the city. We enjoyed ourselves and felt very safe. We will definitely return and continue to explore. Thanks for such wonderful and cozy accommodations.

Spring break in NOLA

We had a great time staying at Cathy and Tony's house in New Orleans! The house is located very close to the French Quarter making it easy and fast to get there. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated . We would definitely recommend this house!

Wonderful, relaxing property.

We spent a great week over Mardi Gras. Close to the French Quarter, WIi g distance, fully equipped, quiet, very clean and ready for us. I would highly recommend this property.

Close to River

I was amazed at how close this property is to the Mississippi River, about 1/4 of mile. You can walk along a gorgeous park right by the River, and it leads right to the French Market. Wonderful location!

Wonderful

This little shot gun house was just what we needed. The host were very friendly. It was very cold and rainy and I didn’t have a warm enough jacket to wear and she went next door and got two for me to use. The house was very clean and everything you need to cook a meal was provided. The bed was very comfortable. So is the furniture. For anybody interested, the best place we ate was Daisy Dukes Express. Awesome food. I would definitely stay here again. Gayle
