Parfait!

La chambre était propre, le personnel avenant, l'hôtel bien situé. Oui, cela pouvait être bruyant parfois mais c'est normal dans cette partie de la ville. Une machine à son blanc était dans la chambre.

Perfect Location During French Quarter Fest

My sister and I stayed here for a week during French Quarter Fest, and it was fantastic! The location was ideal—close to everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the sun deck after busy days at the festival. I’d definitely return!

Great location - smallish room

My friend and I were in town for the horror film Festival, Overlook 2025, which was held at Canal Place cinemas. The location could not have been better. Also, the ruby slipper restaurant half a block away was a great place for brunch every morning.We stayed in room 313 which was OK. The living area was very, very small and when the pullout sofa was used, you could barely get around it to get to the door. Also, there are no real windows in the room, other than some thin strips of window at the floor level. Basically, you had to lay on the floor to look out onto the street, which I chose not to do. Otherwise, the staff was very nice, check-in was easy as was check out. And actually being in the French Quarter, even on the outer edge, made for easy travel, and sightseeing.

Great Stay in NOLA

Great place. Went for our nephew’s wedding. Place was a great meeting place for the family to meet up. Place was a lit bigger than I thought. Only con was the stairs to the unit. They weren't that bad but very narrow.

An eclectic timeshare property with an excellent staff and well maintained suites. Needs a place to work and eat, better lighting in kitchen area, and a better seal on the bottom of the shower door.

It was a great location, walkable to everything in the French Quarter, very clean, small but comfortable. Unfortunately it was quite noisy. Both street noise as well as hallway and other apartment noise too.

Walking distance to so much! Room was clean, bed was comfy, and the staff was friendly and great. My complaint would be the unexpected noise. We were on the side across from a parking structure, along with the 3:00am dumpster pick up. Overall it was a nice stay.

Truly enjoyed our stay. Check in was a breeze with the friendly and helpful staff. Unit was beautiful, clean and nicely decorated. We’ve been going to New Orleans for New Year’s for the past 20 years and this was our favorite location yet! Plan on returning next year.

Property itself was great and so were the staff. My only complaint is that I had booked for a week stay and upon my arrival i was told my stay was split in two and that id have to pack and move into another room when it was time. This was due to it being a time share. It would have been nice to know prior but it was fixed by that staff and all went well. It was a pleasant stay and would do so again.

Don't Stay Here

We had enough of this place and actually left a day early. There was an awful awful smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom. Maintenance came, poured some cleaner down the drain and it did not go away at all. They then said it may be there due to maintenance on another floor and would check it out. Well, it was never fixed during our stay and it permeated throughout the whole place. Not sure where they took these room photos, but our place looked like it was decorated with items from a 20 year old's garage sale. The place is superficially clean and looks like it never had a deep cleaning (black mold in the bathroom). Also, we had a 10 night stay booked and they would not do a "refresh" on the room. We asked several times and sometimes it was a "yes" and others a "no". We happen to run into someone from management in the elevator and she made it happen for us. The neighborhood is a good location, but the street it is on is super noisy until about 4:00am EVERYDAY (not just the weekends). It is a route for music blaring cars, motorcycles and street racing. Love New Orleans but would never stay here again.

Talk about false advertising!

I booked this stay 9 months ahead of time. At no point in the ad listening does it say that the property is a time share resort. So when you check-in, you are bombarded with the "hard sell" of attending one of their time share sales presentations. Also, I wasn't notified until two days before my stay, that some of the advertised amenities that I booked the property for we're not going to be available due to construction. So we had zero access to the 4th floor roof top deck that was right outside of our room. Also, we checked in on Wednesday afternoon, so waking up Thursday and Friday morning to construction workers literally right outside your window is less than ideal. The frustrating thing is this, the property had obviously been planning these repairs for a while. We couldn't be told with enough time to book another property? You don't tell us until our cancellation window closed? We could use a 7th floor roof top deck which required us to exit the building go in a separate entrance, and use an elevator, that was clearly having maintenance issues. Bad business all around here. The staff at the property was friendly, and that was probably the only saving grace. But had I been able to, I would have checked into another hotel.

Loved the staff. Courteous, helpful , efficient. Room wasn't great. Windows don't open and there's no natural ventilation, so the room had a stale sour smell. A/C blew cold in one room but hardly at all in the other room. Refrigerator made an annoying clicking sound when it cycled on and off. Garbage trucks in the alley outside keep you awake in the middle of the night, even if you're a deep sleeper and use ear plugs like me. Also, no daily housekeeping.

Excellent location. Stayed in a one bedroom unit. Very large living room...nice kitchen. The bed was a full size bed...smaller than a queen. Easy check-in. Definitely plan on staying here agsin!

Efficiency that wasn't

Very small apartment made smaller by the odd choice of furniture. One extremely uncomfortable foldout couch in the living area that was made halfway habitable by lining with bedroom pillows. One coffee table made of metal slats that silver ware and all manner of things fell through to the floor. Woke every morning at five to the trash truck, or water flushing the system or whatever. Lamps that were too dim to read by. Basically, it was set up for a liaison, rather than a several day stay. Oh well, the bathroom was clean.

A WONDERFUL VISIT!!

We had just arrived and I had left my phone in the cab! Needless to say, It was so upsetting as it had my ID in it but Danielle at the desk saved the day!! She was able to get my ID back and we were ever so grateful :). That was the trip to start but the room and environment were warm and decorated so beautifully with such an authentic feel of New Orleans and the staff was always kind and very helpful. We will definitely return to this location!! Thank you for making our visit so special!!
