« The rental management company that handles the house is very helpful and responsive. We did have a couple things pop up, which I was able to text them and they had a very quick response time. There was an issue with one of the air conditioners - not the rental management company's fault - the drain was clogged due to it being so hot and humid. When I reached out, they responded by sending someone out within 45 minutes. The technicians were very polite, fixed the issue quickly and confirmed...

« Such a nice little hidden gem! It was clean, and despite being tiny it felt very spacious for two people and a service pup. I was originally worried when I saw the listing said no pets, since I do have a service dog who accompanies me, but the host was very accommodating and helpful! It isn’t far from a main road, but it’s separated by a beautiful creek and bridge, it quiets down at night and the hot tub is perfect! We definitely are planning on coming back sometime! »

« Wonderful! We really appreciate the ease of checking in and out, the kindness of the host, and the house was very cozy! Appreciate the box fans in each bedroom! »

« Very nice home. Location was great. »

« Clean fun and easy for a small fMily »

« All perfect. Just a tad bit issie with the washing machine may be we didnt notice if that was already mentioned in the listing, but machine was not working so we had to do some replanning with the clothing. Otherwise the cabin is quite nice. Very thoughtful hosts. Location is good not too far from Gatlinburg. Overall a great place for a break. Will sure book again when we plan to go. »

« Very responsive host and excellent location. »

« Everything was great. Did not realize we had our own personal jacuzzi on the back porch. Put the cherry on top. Very quiet neighborhood and the permanent residents were very nice. Definitely will be staying again »

« 10 out of 10 !! Amazing views and exceptional cottages, thank you for making out wedding weekend amazing 🤩 »

« Pretty good stay. Excellent location to Dollywood for dropping people off. Just some small improvements could be made to the property that is no fault of owners. Waited and Hour and a half after check in time due to still cleaning. Towels were folded up still wet in bathroom bc breaker blew and dryers wasn’t working….easy fix there. Had to plunge the bathtub bc drain was clogged and backing up. Grass way too tall for comfort but not sure mowers would have had chance to mow better bc of rain....
