This 2 bedroom/one bath property is in a quiet residential area on Lake Dunlap of the Guadalupe River. Hi-speed internet and WiFi makes a staycation easy. The room with the Queen size bed, and the living room have flat screen TVs with WiFi and Netflix connection. All beds including the Full-size CouchBed have 450 count sheets. Fully air-conditioned and heated cottage has a spacious living room with great views of the lake and the bird feeders. Wood grill and propane grill are available.
On Nov 5, 2023 the Lake is now at its normal filled level with brand new dam gates. The views from the cottage and the backyard are still outstanding as the property is at the deepest part of Lake Dunlap.
**In 2019 The Texas Legislature allowed Texas Counties to add additional taxes to all overnight accommodations in their counties. On September 1, Guadalupe County is assessing a 7% room tax on all hotels etc. This will be charged to you based on the nightly room rate and payment needs to be made as an additional payment****
