This location was perfect and we enjoyed our stay. The room is very small and the TV needs to be bigger.

Property was in a great location. Fun for a quick weekend trip. There’s no table in the room and we like to play games, but otherwise, it was good!

Grounds were pretty with nice shade trees. Room was very clean, nice beds and linens. AC worked well and provided a pleasant hum that masked any potential road noise. Bathroom was clean with good bath towels. Shower had enough hot water but was not luxurious which is expected and appropriate in a community with drought issues and water conservation. I would stay again.

Sweet spot!

Enjoyed this property! Everything is so clean, inviting, & charming. We didn't get to use all that is available, but it was very easy to check-in & would especially be a perfect spot for Wimberley Market Days!

We enjoyed our stay at the Wimberley Log Cabins. It was conveniently located close to everything and easy to access. We swam in the pool a few times and had the area to ourselves. The room was clean. We would book again for a quick trip back.

Weekend getaway

My daughter and I stayed here for a getaway weekend before school starts. The location was perfect. I love the way it is tucked away in the trees. It is quiet and private. The cabin was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC was cold.

A little for a lot.A gated cabin retreat. Close to town quite relaxing.I only had a hard time on booking internet ,there are two places similar. This is closer to town.New cabins very clean inside and grounds. You can easily go to town for breakfast or any time to explore I just had confusion on pricing last minute be sure you keep to how many people are dogs can have extra charges.wobderful place

Property clean & location close to downtown

Our stay at Wimberly Log Cabins Resort was nice. The property was clean & the location was close to downtown. The check in process was easy! The mattresses could use a refresh, they were a little uncomfortable.

Great stay in Wimberley

The property was very clean and quiet. It seemed like we were in the country, but right off the road. Loved the entire atmosphere. My only complaint is the beds were a little uncomfortable (we rolled towards the middle on both beds, so made for some interesting nights). Overall, great stay!

Simple and Peaceful

We had a great stay, minus another group who was staying at the property that was not very courteous or attentive to their children while at the pool.

Clean, convenient and safe.

Very responsive host. Easy access. Clothes hangers & a flat surface would have been nice…making coffee was difficult being so high up.

Anniversary Trip to Wimberley

Our stay was great overall. The reservation process was very easy. Our cabin was super clean and well stocked. The only thing we are bummed about is that in the middle of the night our air conditioner quit working. If not for this I would have given 5 Stars no problem.

Cute Location

We recently stayed here and had a decent experience overall.Pros:Great location – It’s very close to downtown, which made it easy to get around and enjoy the local area.Nice pool – A definite highlight, especially in the warmer weather.Affordable – For the location and amenities, the price was reasonable.Cons:Hard to find – The property was a bit tricky to locate at first, which was frustrating after a long day of travel.Cleanliness could be better – It wasn’t filthy, but definitely not as clean as we expected for a rental.Overly strict rental agreement – The rules were so strict and detailed that it made us feel on edge during the stay, worried we might accidentally do something “wrong” and get charged. With a little more attention to cleanliness and a more relaxed, guest-friendly approach to the rental policies, this could be a great spot.
