This vacation rental is stocked with all the necessities to make your stay a pleasant one. Complimentary Wi-Fi, linens, toiletries and towels provided let you focus on relaxing instead of worrying about packing extra items. Central heat/air conditioning, pool towels, hair dryers, first aid kits, trash bags, paper towels, and even pet-friendly accommodations all add to the convenience of this wonderful retreat.


Guest access:
You have the entire condo to yourselves. The Golf Course is available at guests' expense.

The community gate and this condo have a keypad. The codes are provided prior to check-in.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Please follow all rules and regulations when it comes to checking in, the pool, and general house rules. The minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years old; the primary renter must be on property during the reservation period. A rental agreement provided by the host must be signed within 48 hours of booking; failing this, the reservation will be cancelled. Also be aware that there is a required $500 security deposit hold for all bookings (see house rules).

We also want to let you know on Saturdays at 12 noon there will be a siren 🚨 that alarms as a practice. It's very loud and just don't want you to be alarmed.

There is a Ring doorbell for security purposes.

We expect that you will be respectful of our house and our neighbors' privacy - please take partying indoors after dark!
