The recent heartbreaking July 4th floods in Kerr county have not impacted our part of the Guadalupe River in the New Braunfels/Gruene Area. The tragic flooding occurred-on the other (north)side of-the lake. The water that entered Canyon Lake from Kerr County remained in Canyon Lake because it was only 48% full as a result the of a draught.. Water was not released into our side of the river. Gruene and NB are OPEN.

1. Run the dishwasher before leaving. Please place all dirty dishes, coffee pot and microwave plate (if needed)
2. Take all trash to the dumpster which is in the front of the parking lot on the pool side
3. Please empty the refrigerator
4. Please wipe down the counter top in the kitchen
5. Return all furniture to its original places
