'Keurige ruime kamer! Makkenlijk parkeren en aardig personeel!'

'Wow! Wat een mooie locatie en gebouw. Een echte Oase. Heel ruime kamers. Het personeel aan de receptie en de bar waren niet zo vriendelijk. Helaas is er in de buurt niet veel te beleven. '

'The property was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The are is nice also.'

'As always, Excellent in all aspects !!! Thank you again'

'Voor deze regio een schappelijke prijs. Hotel is vernieuwd, maar de douche is voor midgets '

'Pros: convenient location, clean, bed was comfortable , mirror lighting Cons: pillows were very flat, towels were sparse, bathroom layout was odd (hanging the wet towel over the toilet paper), shower pressure was low, breakfast seating area only had one “2 person” table-the rest was couches or group seating I’ve stayed at several other Hampton Inn and Suites…not my favorite but nothing major.'

'The staff was truly welcoming and helpful. The room was exactly what we needed for our brief stay in Los Gatos. We will book a room here again!'

'Michelle was excellent, I had an issue and she resolved it promptly and professionally, I will be returning on my next business trip due to Michelles excellent customer service.'

'Check in was located at the Holiday Inn Express. Rooms are spacious and clean. Small gym, but extremely hot, as the Sauna is located in that area too. Breakfast is basic, but fruit available.'

'The elevator was down but back up that night staff helped carry luggage to 3rd floor'

'Prima hotel om te overnachten. Er is een klein zwembad met whirlpool en kleine gym maar verder zul je elders je heil moeten zoeken. Ontbijt is basic maar er was voldoende. Aardige service.'

'Much older hotel… The staff was very non-accommodating… It was always know when you would ask a question and then you have to talk to them through it! The place was OK. It was a nice spot to walk downtown. The bar restaurant was totally dead and I think 35 bucks to park is ridiculous but that’s what hotels do. Icemaker did not work. Had to go to the bar downstairs not a big deal. There was a really bad smell in the sink probably the drain… More than likely would try a different hotel next time.'
