'The house we rented in Olivia Beach was incredibly accommodating, even for our pets. The home was clean and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that made our stay truly a pleasure. The hosts were wonderfully responsive and clearly put a lot of care into the property, which made us feel right at home.'

'Wonderful location close to the beach. Nice home with all the amenities available to make the stay convenient. The owner was especially helpful overcoming my mistake made during the registration. This is a terrific spot! One suggestion might be to provide a notebook to help navigate the tv streaming services as everyone’s setup is different these days. '

'This house was the perfect place to meet and get away from our every day lives. The house is charming, well equipped with everything and in a great location. We walked to the beach, shopped Black Friday sales at the Outlets, ate at local restaurants, when we didn’t want to cook, and had the most amazing time reconnecting with one another. The kitchen was perfect for preparing a holiday feast! We brought our own games but the house is stocked with plenty. This is the perfect Oregon coast getaway!...

'I will definitely book this home again. We loved that the home was clean, in a great location and did NOT smell like pets at all. Everything in the home worked well. It was within short walking distance to a brewery/restaurant and a small shop for beach treats. The backyard was properly fenced for our pups, so that was a great piece of mind too. My pups rested easy too (photo for reference).'

'Enjoyed our stay here. There were some issues but nothing that impacted us unduly. (Ripped couch cushion with the stuffing coming out - maybe from a previous guest's dog, as we had no animals; broken blinds with tooth marks, ditto the dog; the bedroom window screen was bent enough to let insects in.) The couch is not comfortable and needs replacing - it's a loveseat, so a two-seater, and both cushions sag inward so it's not comfortable for either one or two people to sit on. It was nice to have...

'The property was nice, clean and walkable to the downtown area. There's a great place across the street to watch the sunset. We also appreciated that every bedroom has its own bathroom. The EV charging is not free unfortunately. Very dog friendly with a dog bed.'
