With spectacular panoramic views of the countryside and sea, the Villa Los Sanchez is set within the Rio Seco area of Nerja on Spain’s southern coast. A shady terrace, private pool, and outdoor alfresco dining facilities allow you to soak up the sun from dusk till dawn. 
Spacious, rustic, and comfortable, this single storey villa boasts two bedrooms and a bathroom with air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout the property. Décor inside Villa Los Sanchez follows Spanish tradition with terracotta hues and wooden accents. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, and fridge freezer so you can cook up a feast for the whole family. In the living room, satellite TV, a DVD player, and a terrace make evening entertainment easy. 
With a beach, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and amenities just a short drive away, this villa is an ideal holiday retreat. 

Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 80cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 75cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 75cm wide. There are a number of steps down from the shaded terrace to the poolside. The pool itself is raised and requires some step, and ladder access. Overall, the terrace is not flat, as can be seen in the images. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst the bathroom door width is 60cm.
