The villa was the perfect setup for our multi-generation group. Everyone had their own well-appointed and comfortable space. The beach was beautiful and just steps away from our pool. The kids went continuously went back and forth between pool and beach and loved them both. The staff was extremely kind and worked hard to please our five kids with kid-friendly meals.

We had an incredible stay at Yrie Beach. From the second we arrived the staff provided an incredible experience. The villa is clean and spacious and beautiful, and we had everything we could have wanted. It’s on a gorgeous stretch of beach and we enjoyed time in both the beach and the pool while we were there. Food was amazing every night, chef Marie is an incredible cook! Crystal took care of all of our excursions and anything else that came up while we were there. Would love to return!

Our experience at Yrie Villa was excellent from start to finish. From the moment we booked, communication was prompt, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful. The arrival experience—from the VIP service with Club Mobay to the smooth airport transfer—set the tone for a wonderful trip.Prior to arrival, the team shared the menu so we could make our selections, and I cannot say enough about Chef Marie! She is amazing—every single dish she prepared was absolutely delicious. The entire staff went above and beyond in every way. They even decorated my room and the dining area for my birthday and wrote me a heartfelt card that truly brought me to tears.Crystal, the house manager, was so kind and attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of. And Shane, the security guard, was always smiling and made us feel comfortable and secure throughout our stay.The villa itself is stunning—beautiful, spacious, and clearly designed with care and intention. You couldn’t ask for more: a gorgeous pool, beach access, and inviting outdoor spaces complete with comfortable furniture and a TV.We visited about three weeks after the hurricane. While the impact was devastating, the resilience of the Jamaican people is remarkable. In speaking with the locals, it’s clear that they’re eager to return to normal, and visiting is truly one of the best ways to support the economy and help the community rebuild.I highly recommend Yrie Villa and already plan to return next year.Thank you Team Yrie!!!

Simply Amazing!

I booked The Yrie Beach Villa to celebrate with my family and friends and it was the BEST decision I have ever made in regards to vacation destinations!! The communication with Courtney was always quick and very detailed - she answered every question I could think of, and then some! The villa itself is stunning - the pictures do NOT do it justice, and the beach area is absolutely perfect! While the house, pool and beach were perfection it was the staff that really took our vacation to the next level! Chef Marie's food is, simply, perfection! I have never had such amazing food in my life! One of her fish dishes even brought my daughter to tears, it was THAT good! Kayla and Janice (hopefully I am spelling their names correctly) were always smiling and set and served our breakfasts and dinners perfectly - with warm smiles and always taking care of even the smallest things before we could even think of them! Carl's smile and greeting every morning as he took care of the beach and moving our chairs (which we would do regularly as we would follow the shade) as well as taking care of the grounds and pool, made us feel very cared for. Mark always brought the smiles and party vibe too! While our group wasn't the "hard partying" type, we do enjoy that upbeat vibe and he never let us down. Crystal is just amazing! She took care of all our requests and needs - always with a smile and lots of positive energy...you just have to love her! This was the very best vacation ever!!

You can't beat the location. Chef Marie made our vacation the most memorable yet. She is well-organized and everyday she surprised us with her excellent creations. Any issues we had were addressed as best as they could and timely.The accommodation is run like a mini private hotel-beautiful rooms and lots of space. It was private and perfect for our group of 10.

Best weekend with friends

We had the absolute best stay at Yrie Villa. From the moment we arrived, Crystal and the whole team took the best care of us. The photos don’t do the property justice. The rooms are huge and beautiful! The views and location can’t be beat. Best of all was the food! Marie is the most amazing chef and we were so well fed. The goat curry and all the soups were crowd favorites! Oh and the grilled lobster. And the oxtail. And the hash browns! Too many delicious things. Mark and Shane brought the vibes, Carl made everything beautiful, and the ladies took the best care of all of us. Again, best place ever. Can’t wait to come back.

Perfect Group Getaway!

We have been traveling on Christmas week with our entire family for over 15 years now, and this was by far the most comfortable set up we have ever had. Each room is big, spacious, air conditioned, and is well thought out with it's own bathroom.The staff was a true highlight to the house. Everyone was completely welcoming and went out of their way to take care of. We felt absolutely pampered. The cook, Marie, was incredible, with excellent kitchen staff to assist her. She went above and beyond and we all ate so well, stayed healthy and happy with none of the standard travel bellyaches! The location is as good as it looks in the pictures, if not better. Sunset every night! If you are considering this house, go for it!

A Gift

This property and staff were absolutely amazing. Sandwiched between White Sands and Rainbow Arch, this property offers the luxury, comfort, convenience and privacy of a privately owned villa with access to a beautiful beach and all that the surrounding small, intimate local beach resorts and businesses have to offer. Communication with the host was clear and helpful and the staff was superb. Every meal that Chef Marie prepared was 10/10. The staff made us very comfortable the entire time. We are a small, quiet family of 4 and while it seems that they are used to larger parties, they were able to accommodate our personalities and needs extremely well. We were planning for a return visit while we were still there. We can’t wait to return to our new home away from home in Negril.

A Honeymoon to remember

My fiancee visited this villa back in August 2023 with family. He raved about this villa and loved it so much he booked it for our honeymoon and invited family to join us as well later on in the week. This place was perfect, everyone loved it! The food, hospitality and over all experience was top notch. We were treated like royalty and family at the same time. Kudos to the chef Marie, house manager Krisanne, Ray and other staff for making our stay memorable. I highly recommend this villa and cant wait to visit again!

Beyond Expectations!!!

We had a group of 15 people stay this past March. The age range of our group was 4 years old to 75. Let me just say the villa and staff blew us away!!!! I cannot express how beautiful the property was and how every staff member went above and beyond. The villa is so large we never felt crowed with so many of us there. The chef did an amazing job, even catering to our youngest travelers. The house manager was fabulous and took such great care of all our needs. All the staff, from housekeepers to security guard were so friendly and professional. Having our own pool, outdoor bar and beach area was grand. We wish could have stayed longer. We are already planning our return trip. The bar has been set so high we just can’t imagine going anywhere else with a large group. Stay here, you won’t regret it.

Fantastic Vacation Villa

We had an outstanding week at Yrie Beach Villa and its location on the beach in Negril is spectacular! The Villa is well appointed and all of the rooms are unique and comfortable. From the in-airport VIP pick up to the delicious daily meals, we were well cared for by Yrie's gracious and friendly staff. Absolutely Amazing Girl's Trip

I don't have enough kind words to say about our stay. The location, the villa, the staff, the food...everything was absolutely amazing. The pictures on the website do not do justice for the experience. Each room was so meticulously decorated not to mention the views of the beach, sunrises and sunsets. Blondie, Mari, Carl and the rest of the staff took such great care of us! We are definitely looking forward to visiting again!

High Expectations Exceeded.

This huge beautiful new villa sits on a wonderful part of seven mile beach in Negril. From the expedited service through customs and the included shuttle from the Montego Bay Airport to the villa on our arrival to the timely efficient and courteous transport back, the service was impeccable. Courtney Myrie, who owns the villa with her husband, is an exceptional communicator. I must have called her 3-4 times on the day of our arrival because we had guests coming from all over the US and there were many delayed flights. We chose from their extensive menu to have breakfast and dinner prepared for our group of 16. Marie, the cook, was amazing and every meal seemed to be better than the next. We each picked up booze at duty-free so we had more or less an open bar in the kitchen plus all of the beer and wine and snacks that we requested. Blondie and Narta were always courteous and fun. Tina gave us a fantastic tour and we all got to choose our bedrooms. There is not a bad one there. They are all immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works great. If you have a large group and you all plan on showering at the same time, there is a good chance it will be a cool or warm shower. The pool was fantastic and the ocean water is crystal clear and warm. We saw starfish and stingrays while soaking in the ocean. The beach is truly 7 miles of which most is walkable. It was very enjoyable to people watch up and down the beach. The bar next store to the house was a lot of fun with tasty drinks. We had a catamaran cruise for our group that ended with a rainstorm and was with a new company that Yrie Villa had never used. The hosts personally called to apologize about the inconvenience and even sent their cousin over to see if there was anything he could offer instead. No one wanted to leave the beauty of the house. The rooftop deck for sunset is great. Please please make coming to Villa Yrie your choice if coming to Jamaica. I have been to the island several times, usually staying at all inclusive resorts and this beats them all. If you have a large group, this is so much of a smarter choice than a resort. Thank you so much to the Myries and their lovely staff. We would love to return.

Palace in Paradise fit for a Queen

Every aspect of our stay at Yrie Beach Villa exceeded our expectations. This place is even better than it looks in the pictures. If you want to plan a group trip that your friends and family will rave about forever, look no further! The organization and communication from the owner leading up to our visit ensured that everything went smoothly, from arrival to departure. Not an easy task with a bachelorette party of 17 women! The staff is capable, kind, and helpful. They are consummate professionals, able to anticipate their guest's needs. The chef and cooking team kept our bellies full of healthy, fresh, and local food that was thoughtfully prepared and presented. Cleanliness and safety were 10 out of 10, with daily turndown service and private security throughout the night. The location cannot be topped! It felt very private and peaceful, while in the heart of Seven Mile Beach, steps away from the best entertainment in town. I highly recommend letting the staff do all of the grocery shopping and trusting their advice on all planning matters. If you need anything at all - talk to Nardia before lifting a finger. She and all the staff will make you look like a superstar event planner!
