Our home was custom designed and furnished. It has incredible views from the 30 windows and 6 porch/deck areas. We are only 600' from the public beach access. Please note that none of the amenities in the home are guaranteed due to the coastal environment and damage from previous renters. We do our best to keep everything in tip top shape, but sometimes things happen that are beyond our control.

4 bedrooms, each with a private full bath. 3 one the 2nd floor and one on the 3rd floor. The kids room has triple bunk beds, sleeping 6. There are also 2 queen bed bedrooms and 1 king. The entire 3rd floor is handicapped friendly, (not ADA compliant). The elevator accesses the 1st (ground) 2nd and 3rd floors.

The ground (1st) floor is the parking area and barbecue patio. There are 2 covered parking spaces under the home, plus room for 4-6 more vehicles in the driveway. This is not in an HOA, so campers, boats and trailers are welcome. You can fit a golf cart perfectly under the entry stairs, should you choose to rent an extra one. There is a covered patio with a charcoal barbecue off the back. The elevator is on this level as well.

On the second floor are 3 of the bedrooms. A king master bedroom with a private deck (Perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or tea while watching the sunrise), a queen front bedroom with views of the Gulf, and a bunk bed room that sleeps 6. The master bath has a custom built walk in shower with massage panel & large soaking tub. The game room is also on this floor, with TV, multi game table (Foosball, Air Hockey, Ping Pong, etc.). Wii video game console with Rock Band and an Asteroids video machine for kids of all ages. The sundeck and hot tub is off the back of the game room.

On the third floor you will find another master bedroom with a queen bed. Wheelchair accessible doorways and floorplan are on this level. Perfect for anyone with limited mobility. However we are not fully ADA accessible, just handicapped friendly. You can not roll a wheel chair into the shower. But we have handrails and a seat for the shower and hand rails in the toilet area in the bathroom. The third floor also contains the main living area. A well equipped kitchen, living room with big screen TV and dining area that seats the whole family. Both the second and third floors have large front porches perfect for enjoying the gulf views and sounds of the surf. Off the back is a screened in bar area with stairs up to the roof deck.

Our fourth level is the 450 Sq ft. roof deck. (It is not accessible by the elevator). 360° views of Navarre Beach from here. It is the perfect place to sit and watch the sunset, sunrise and the stars at night. If you are lucky enough to get a rental during New Year's or 4th of July, you'll see the fireworks throughout Navarre from here.

This is custom designed and built home. Floor to ceiling cabinets, Quartz counters, high end appliances, custom walk in tile showers with seats and massage panels, 12' ceilings, custom built outdoor bar and a beachy décor.

Public beach access is just 600 feet away. The home includes beach toys, towels, umbrellas, chairs and a beach cart to tote it all in.

We are pet friendly. There is a large dog crate and 2 baby gates are provided for your use.

An adult of 25 years or older is required to book and be present during your entire stay. (Sorry college students). As we have resident neighbors we do not allow parties at this home, but can assist you with great local rentals venues on and around the island should you be looking for such.

We require a $500 cash deposit as well as the $99 VRBO/Home Away Damage protection insurance policy. This is because we have discovered that the insurance will not cover damages unless the renters admits to it. This is our dream home and we want you to treat it as such. If there are damages (accidents happen), just report it to us and we will claim it on the insurance and refund your deposit. We ask that you rinse and remove sand from all items and people before entering the home. We also request that you do not rearrange our furniture or personal decorations. (Believe it or not, this has happened).
