Fire up the natural gas grill, relax in the suspended hammocks, or simply lounge on the swings as the gentle breeze carries the scent of the nearby flowers. As evening falls, unwind in the warm hot tub under a starlit sky, or cozy up with your favorite shows on the outdoor TV, embracing the peaceful atmosphere of this special retreat.

The yard is a magical space with a firepit, Adirondack chairs, and twinkling string lights, setting the stage for memorable nighttime gatherings. Inside, the RV offers a perfect balance of comfort and charm, with a queen bed, TV, and ample storage in the rear bedroom. The front room is cozy with built-in bunk beds, ideal for young adventurers. The bathroom is a luxurious haven, featuring a rain shower to refresh after your explorations.

The living area is designed for relaxation, complete with an extra TV and a futon, offering a cozy corner for guests. The kitchen boasts high-end appliances—including a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, and coffee maker—inviting you to create delicious meals and enjoy the comforts of home.

Step outside and wander through the vibrant blooms of our working flower farm, or venture toward The Barn, our event venue, for a taste of the local charm. For those seeking a moment of peace, enjoy fishing in our well-stocked pond—just let us know if you’d like access instructions.

Additional Notes:
• Please avoid parking in front of The Suites pole barn, as it houses suites available for rent.
• The RV features a regular drip coffee pot, not a Keurig.
• Weddings: As the RV neighbors The Barn, you may hear distant melodies from wedding celebrations. Weddings typically end by 10 PM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Feel free to inquire if there will be any weddings during your stay.

Policies & Important Information
• Extra Guest Policy: Our home comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests. For additional guests (up to a maximum of 10), there is a fee of $35 per person, per day to cover added liability, wear, tear, and cleaning. This fee applies only to guests exceeding 7.
• Hot Tub Disclaimer: While the hot tub is a wonderful amenity, please note that it cannot be guaranteed 100% of the time due to potential maintenance issues.
• Weddings & Other Guests: This property hosts weddings, and you may hear music from the venue if a wedding is taking place during your stay. Additionally, nearby Bridal and Cowboy Suites may occasionally have guests. We kindly ask that all renters be respectful of one another and maintain reasonable noise levels throughout the day.
• Parties & Events: We strictly prohibit the organization of parties or similar events at our property. This policy ensures the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of all guests and helps maintain the peace of the surrounding community.
Wildlife: This property sits on 50 acres in a rural setting. it is not uncommon to encounter deer, racoon, squirrel, rabbits, mice or other wildlife.
