« while staff was friendly, they are limited with supplies on hand...our rooms had no wash clothes, blankets, tv didn't work (could turn on, no remote, given one but wouldn't interface), dated bathroom (caulking coming loose around tub)...unable to get a printed receipt (had to wait for corporate to approve ink, what we were told)...elevator was missing button (to be able to open door for friends to get on), and would not show what floor you would stop at. Guess you get what you pay for. »
