Enjoy your Narragansett Getaway with our spotless and spacious vacation home. Conveniently located, close to beaches, historic Newport and it’s mansions, Lighthouses and much more.

Spacious, light and bright and located on a quiet, friendly street. Main level features an open floor plan with Cathedral ceilings, seating for at 8 in front of the TV, cozy electric fireplace, comfortable dining area and a gourmet kitchen with stainless gas stove, fridge and granite countertops that is fully outfitted with everything you need for a stress free vacation. The home has central air throughout.

The main level opens to an 2 level, over-sized deck outfitted with a gas grill, outdoor dining and seating areas and a salt system above ground pool with deck off the house for a dip after a day at the beach or your adventures. PLEASE NOTE: The pool depth is less than 4 ft. There is no diving or jumping allowed. No children under the age of 18 are allowed in the pool or on the deck area without an adult present at all times. All guests swim at their own risk. A U.S. Coast Guard approved Life Ring is directly located on the deck by the pool and is NOT to be USED unless case of emergency. The deck gate must remained lock at all times.

The main level has two bedrooms with queen size beds and plenty of storage, beautifully furnished and tastefully appointed. There is also a full bath.
The lower level features two more spacious bedrooms, plus a second full bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet and vanity. The lower level includes a full laundry room for your use.

The house is just a bike ride or a quick drive to the Narragansett Beach and numerous state beaches, please note, beaches in Rhode Island are not free, 8 Beach chairs, towels, coolers are provided. Professionally laundered, all White Linens and bath towels are provided. Close to all area amenities. There are Smart TV’s in all bedrooms and the living room and includes Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Prime and other apps.

Centrally located for summer activities: 5 mins drive to Narrow River access for Kayaking |2.7 miles drive to Narragansett Beach, 3 state beaches in town | 14 mins to URI | 20 mins to Newport | 35 mins to Providence

The home’s sleeping arrangements include: Bedroom 1 - Queen / Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen / Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen/ Bedroom 4 - 2 Twin XL

Guest interaction: I am a local Real Estate Broker and have lived in the area for over 50 years so I am familiar with all that is around us. I am more than happy to answer any questions or provide local recommendations. A house book will be available with information, suggestions, take out menus, etc.

Neighborhood overview: The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, adjacent to Narrow River. We are a short walk from a small neighborhood playground and basketball court.

In close proximity to: Drug Stores / Barons Ice Cream / Roch’s Market / Cumberland Farms / Stop & Shop / Numerous restaurants / Liquor store/ Shopping mall / Theaters and more.

Professional Cleaning is done before and after each visit. Additional procedures include:
● All light switches, door knobs, handles and high touch surfaces sanitized.
● All shared use items such as remotes sanitized between stays.
● All linens and towels are to be replaced and sanitized between stays.
● All bedding is professionally cleaned, couches and soft surfaces sanitized with LYSOL DISINFECTANT . These cleaning measures are in addition to our already rigorous protocols. As always cleanliness and safety are top priority.

There is a Ring doorbell at the front door. Due to insurance requirements, a camera is also on the back of the house, focused on deck and pool. Video only, no audio.

Pets are welcome. For insurance purposes, please send me a pic of animal prior to booking. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY! There is NO SMOKING on property!

No more than 8 guests are allowed. 4 cars maximum and street parking is discouraged. No parties allowed. Please note that beaches in RI are not free. Narragansett Beach has a parking and walk-on fee for each person over 11. There are many state beaches in town or the surrounding area for a flat car fee per day and can be purchased online at riparks website Personally, I like them better.

Pets are welcome but note that there is a $300 per visit pet fee.
