This spacious and beautifully appointed 4-bedroom cottage offers modern comfort with rustic charm, ideal for families, friends, or small groups looking to unwind in nature.



This cottage comfortably sleeps 8 guests across 4 bedrooms:



Downstairs King Bedroom – with easy access and an en-suite accessible shower room, perfect for guests with limited mobility. Please note that the shower does not have a shower seat.



King Bedroom with Ensuite – upstairs master bedroom with a private shower facility.



King Bedroom – upstairs with an en-suite shower room.



Twin Bedroom – perfect for kids or friends, located next to the main family bathroom with a full-size bathtub.



The cottage features a beautifully furnished, warm, and welcoming lounge area designed for comfort and relaxation. With ample seating, it's an ideal spot for gathering with family or friends after a day of exploring the countryside. Whether you're curling up with a good book, enjoying a movie night on the flat-screen TV, or simply chatting in good company, this cozy living space is sure to be a favourite part of your stay.



Adjacent to the lounge is a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area that’s fully equipped with everything you might need. From preparing a quick morning coffee using the provided coffee maker to cooking a full home-style meal, you'll find modern appliances, cookware, and tableware at your fingertips. Please note that we accept 1 dog free of charge, the maximum this property accepts is 2. We kindly ask that they remain downstairs at all times.



Guest Access:

Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire cottage, along with the outdoor spaces, and you’ll find ample free parking just in front of the property.



Please note that some facilities—including the outdoor area & play spaces. To ensure everyone's safety, we kindly ask that you limit hot tub use to one hour at a time.



If you're booking for a larger group, please get in touch with us. We may be able to offer the adjoining 2-bedroom cottage, which can be opened up and connected to this one.

Guests will find free parking at the front of the property. It is conveniently situated less than 1 mile from the historic village of Llawhaden complete with ruined castle and less than 2 miles off the A40, so just a step from all the attractions the county is famed for.
