« Room smelled of smoke.
There were plastic knives stuck to the wall with some unidentifiable substance that was most similar to cream cheese. They did seem to be there intentionally, like a third grade art project.
The shower and toilet were functional, and the beds kept us off the floor, so thereâs that. »

« I made a reservation the wrong date. They managed to find me a room although they were fully booked. And the icing on the cake, they used my payment for the day before to pay for the room. I didn't have to pay anything extra. What a wonderful service. Congratulations »
