Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Les infrastructures sont simples mais confortables. La piscine n’était pas très propre en fin de journée. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié. Bon séjour dans l’ensemble.

Bon rapport qualité prix pour cette résidence. Plutôt bien placé si on est en voiture. Des petits immeubles autour d'une belle piscine. Confort agréable, très propre, spacieux. Pour nous le point fort concerne la climatisation silencieuse très rare en Floride (une climatisation de base largement suffisante surtout la nuit qanq aucun bruit à laquelle s'ajouté une climatisation individuelle bien sûr bruyante mais qu'on peut ne mettre en route que lorsqu'on est absent). Nous apprécions cette chaîne Mariott et avons séjournséjourné prioritairement chez elle sur la seconde partie de norme voyage après d'autres essais ayant peu concluants. On recommande chaleureusement

Hôtel moderne, confortable, fonctionnel avec tous les équipements plutôt orientés voyage d'affaire mais piscine agréable. Parking gratuit. Petit déjeuner buffet à l'américaine, correct. Bonne étape sur la côte ouest de la Floride en bordure des Everglades. Naples est une ville agréable avec une superbe plage, à 15' de l'hôtel en voiture.

The staff are amazing! Welcoming and helpful. The pool was clean and water warm. Plenty of tables and chairs around the pool. Grounds were clean. In the room hot water was long to come on, the cooking fan did not work and the room stank. Windows did not open either.

Wir waren hier häufiger, leider wird es immer schlechter. Positiv ist das Personal zu erwähnen! Das Appartement 303 riecht ohnehin muffig und zusätzlich zog rauch von einem Raucher eines anderen Zimmers über den Abzug im Bad rein. War eklig! Das Schlafsofa für die 3. Person war nicht gemacht, es war ein Appartement für bis zu 4 Personen und nur 2 Stühle am Tisch etc.), im Queenbett im sep. Schlafzimmer können keine 3 Personen schlafen! Queenbett und Schlafsofa sind mega unbequem! Lage ist gut, weil man alles in Naples sehr gut erreichen kann, Parkplätze sind kostenlos und gut. Ich würde empfehlen den Poolblick zu buchen, da bei den anderen Zimmern die Gefahr besteht in Richtung Tamiami zu wohneb und das ist laut. Daher sind wir auf der Poolseite gewesen.

The property is outdated. There were stains all over the room. The room Smelled like SWEAT!!!! The windows in the room are DIRTY!!! The blinds DO NOT work properly. They don’t clean *****only after 2 days******. The lady in the front desk didn’t know how to add me as Marriott member.

Overall, it was a good stay, Breakfast was great with very varied hot items. The room was tight for a couple staying for 10 days. Also, it was not clear how to get new towels. Room maintenance was done every 2 to 3 days. On the website it states “hotel maintenance” The front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

The room we were given had a construction fan blowing on the WET carpet in the living room. The room smelled of mildew and it hit you as soon as you opened the door. When I asked the staff about it I was told “water comes inside the room when it rains and it rained the other day.” They were still trying to dry the room/ carpet out and forgot to grab the fan out before putting us in the room. I was told I could turn the fan off and someone would pick it up the next day. There is no doubt in my mind that there was mold in that room. It was not a safe environment for my baby to be in. When I told them why I was leaving early they were not surprised by it at all.

Good Residence Inn near Naples downtown
I agree that it’s a little bit old and could be renovated. One of the shower was broken but maintenance fixed it quickly. Room was clean and kitchen had all the fixtures. Breakfast was great and pool was clean. Room was quiet, but unfortunately there is a construction happening next to the hotel, so it can be noisy sometimes.

The property was dated. There were spots on all the walls, lamp shades, sheets and carpet. The room had a funky smell. The wall paper was peeling and the shower curtain was broken. It didn’t meet the standards of other Marriott Residence Inn properties.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommene Anlage. Aus meiner Sicht nicht (mehr) empfehlenswert. Es steht wohl eine umfangreiche Sanierung an. Also besser abwarten.
