Located in North Naples just 20 minutes away from Ft Myers International airport, our SINGLE FAMILY HOME (SLEEPS up to 8) with a 2 car attached garage is on the 15th hole of Arrowhead golf club. Our home is just a short distance to the beautiful beaches in Naples: Lowdermilk, Vanderbilt, Barefoot and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park and popular Mercato shopping and nightlife, with an abundant amount of shopping and restaurants. This is an immaculately clean and SMOKE FREE 1,858 sq. ft. under roof– 3 Bedroom and 2 Full Bath home and located in a gated community. Our exceptional vacation retreat is well appointed with many newer appliances and virtually anything you would need to live and relax here for 30+ days with up to 8 people! This home boasts beautiful views of the popular Arrowhead Golf Course, which can be reached just a few steps off the enclosed lanai. No stairs to climb, no upstairs neighbors, no attached villa neighbors, so you will enjoy a very quiet and a peaceful atmosphere. As a resident of this community, you will be given preferred tee times and discounted greens fees on this Gordon Lewis-designed 18-hole championship golf course, which includes a clubhouse with restaurant & beautiful patio, golf pro shop, driving range and practice green. Also available just 2 minute walk away is the large heated pool and hot tub, state of the art exercise facility, tennis courts, basketball court, children’s playground and picnic area.

Naples Experience

The property was very clean and in a good location. Communication with Larry was excellent and he was quick to repair a few items that needed attention. The decor is just a little dated. Loved the view of the golf course from the back porch.

Lovely stay

Larry & Kristen's spacious home was perfect for our family. It was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Communications at both check in and check out went smoothly. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of bath towels. The kitchen was well stocked. The cookware was top notch. There were plenty of beach towels & gear including an umbrella and cart. The large heated community pool & hot tub were a short walk away as well as the club house. This lovely home is located in a peaceful neighborhood overlooking a golf course. There are an abundance of shops and restaurants nearby. We hated to leave!

Heritage Greens Review

We had a wonderful stay at Kristen and Larry's Naples home. The accommodations were very comfortable and the location is perfect for families. We walked or rode bikes to the nice pool and walked the neighborhood every day. The view from the lanai onto the golf course is pleasant. Many activities are close by including golf, biking, restaurants etc. Communication with Kristen and Larry was easy and they responded quickly to each message. We would definitely recommend and rate it a 5 star. Dave & Denise

Centrally located and well equipped

Located in a gated community. Backs up to the 13th green of the Arrowhead country club. We found the house in great shape and was fully equipped. Learning our way around the area was made pretty simple with easy access to I-75. Kristen and Larry were quick to take care of a couple of minor hiccups. It was a pleasure having them as a landlord. Hopefully, we'll return soon.

House was good, location was perfect for us.

We enjoyed the home, all amenities, and comfortable beds. We love biking , playing golf, tennis, walking and working out. The pool, tennis courts and gym are a short walk from the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our first adventure on the Gulf coast of Florida. Everyone we met was friendly and kind.
