'East to find nice and clean let down by no welcome pack , really badly scratched non stick pan (should be binned) biggest problem no ventilation at all in the bedroom small rooflight in the small ensuite .booked for a week left 2 days early due to no way of getting any fresh air in the bedroom way to warm. A rooflight in the bedroom would solve the problem .'

'Nice little cottage with everything we needed for a weeks stay.In a good location for several National Trust properties and other interesting visits. Good local pub nearby although mostly needs booking to eat but food is good.'

'Very comfortable cottage in a quiet rural area but only 10mins drive from Whitchurch with some lovely shops and restaurants. Easy access to North Wales and several National Trust properties. We had a relaxing time and would be very happy to return.'

'We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage. Everything was spotless and beautifully presented, and the heating was already on when we arrived which made it feel instantly welcoming. The host communicated brilliantly throughout and made everything very easy. The cottage had every amenity you could need, with thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, biscuits, milk, and even board games. The location was perfect as well, right next to the pub. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!'

'We so enjoyed our stay at Olive. The building is gorgeous and decor really calming. The upstairs is so light and the high ceilings make the space feel much bigger. The area is peaceful, we enjoyed listening to the birds. The garden was much enjoyed by our puppy! Local walks are plentiful and there are a variety of pubs to choose from though having a car is essential if you're wanting to get out and about. Local farm shop was lovely. The bath was much enjoyed and the kitchen extremely well...

'Behind the black iron door there is a lovely well equipped cottage. The best thing is that it is right in the middle of Cheadle and at the same time a quite retreat, the best of both. We are not the absolute nature lovers, but made trips tot Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool. Close enough for a days visit. But we explored the Peak district as well. We did Buxton and Ashbourne and Leek too. We find the cottage very cosy. We didn’t miss a thing. Everything was there, including good Wifi.'

'Liz was super helpful and friendly. Cottage was immaculate and cosy. Liz had got in a welcome pack of wine, bread, milk and butter. I loved meeting Liz’s three little rescued pups. Ideally located for my day in Iron Bridge. Will book for a longer stay next time. Definitely recommend '
