Enjoy a pleasant stay in this high-perched Nantes apartment. From every room, you'll enjoy an unobstructed view of the city of Nantes and the Loire River. Located on the 13th floor (with elevator) of a contemporary residence, this apartment can accommodate up to 4 travelers.
It comprises a bright west-facing living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dedicated workspace, a bedroom and a shower room. The little extra in this unit is an overhead parking space that can accommodate vehicles of all sizes!

Nearby you'll find all the essential shops, as well as restaurants, grocery stores... Just across the street from the accommodation, you'll find the Vatel restaurant, where the team and students do their utmost to make you feel welcome. All their dishes are prepared on site using fresh produce.

- By car: you can park in the accommodation's outdoor parking space
- Nearest train station: Gare Sud, twenty minutes by bus
- Nearest airport: 15 minutes by car, 40 minutes by public transport
- From the station, you can take the dedicated shuttle bus to the airport in around twenty minutes
- Bus line 5, 3 minutes' walk from the Fonderies stop
- Tramway lines 2 and 3, 5 minutes' walk from the Vincent Gâche stop

- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival
- Pets are not accepted

Skyflow is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on site by a member of our team who will introduce you to the apartment and its operation, and hand over the keys. To get your stay off to a good start, we'll provide you with a few coffee pods and bags of tea, herbal tea and sugar.
