'From the time I checked in on a Friday evening, we had no shower working. I called the front desk and they were gonna find someone but it was very late so I told them I was leaving first thing in the morning 7 AM and they would have all day to fix it. I came home at 10:30 at night and the shower still wasn’t fixed. I had a small child with me who was very tired. They wanted to come and fix it at 11:45 PM. 'Absolutely Underated. Big, clean, QUIET rooms. Free breakfast buffet. The staff is amazingly professional, polite, and helpful. I didn't know what to expect from Enfield Ct- but my expectations were exceeded. The beds and pillows made for a great nights sleep. The TVs have YouTube and other streaming services. The walk in shower and comfort height toilets were a nice touch. Overall - a 10/10 stay - I highly recommend.'
