'Mixed Experience – Beautiful Place, Disappointing Service
We've stayed at Ibis Styles before and sadly faced the same issues again. While the rooms and environment are beautiful and inviting, the guest service falls short. Both times, we were wrongly asked to pay for "early check-in" despite our booking clearly stating check-in was at 10 AM. This time, we had to show proof again before being allowed in without the extra charge.
Most concerning, my fiancée—who is a woman of color—was twice...

'Great hotel. The gym was good, but they opened up later than scheduled. Their restaurant was good and there are other restaurants across the street. The rooms were excellent. Safe area. Beautiful hotel too.
The cons: WiFi was weak in the second room that I was given. It was strong in the UZI building, so request that building. The pillows were not good. They did not provide shampoo, but I brought my own anyway.'

They provided a hot pot, water and an assortment of choices for our morning coffee or tea in the room.
There was a restaurant on site with a buffet. Very nice'

'I had a terrible experience with them. The quality/amenities of what I booked for was not what was provided. For instance I booked for a full apartment with kitchen and pool available, however, I was given a very tiny bed sitter with a kitchenette and no pool or bar whatsoever as was advertisd. The standard of accommodation provided was very poor in comparison to the amount I paid for. A friend booked more than 2x cheaper accommodation close to the test center and was 10x bigger, beautiful and...
